My day to day work is full of travelling, we support 12 ABSA branches with my other colleague and i love interacting with customers and assisting them with any IT related issues that they encounter as i love a challenge when it comes to troubleshooting problems and coming up with solutions. The most difficult part about my job is when a client/customer thinks that whatever problem that they are having is my fault just because i am the one that touches their equipment and so on. I have learnt to work under immense pressure and keeping my cool as the client is very important in the company and is the one that brings in profit into the company

A typical day at work is speaking to a vast number of users and troubleshoothing issues with co workers as per the curre t issue faced. There is no one way to determine what the user is calling about. It is nice interacting with users and helping them remotely with their issues. In my case I do second line as well. I take it as a chance to also show the user how to do certain things that will help them as well later on. Its not easy dealing to with all users as understandably they are not the same. You learn to be extremely patient and have good listening skills to hear exactly what the user is saying then assist accordingly. Makinh your users feel comfortable in making mistakes helps in helping them as they explain knowing you get what they're saying. I have learnt the many different ways in solving problems , calming an angry user down while keeping yourself in check. All in all when your user is happy so will your manager.

Excellent Ability to learn and develop
I came at my current job straight from varsiy and ever since I have never looked back, the change in scenario has aided in my personal development, I am now a skilled junior sales consultant who has since grown in confidence and gain alot of knowledge with regards to IT infrustructure and Software My interpersonal skills have increased and I have come to love my job as my rumuneration is based on the amount of work I put in.

Good company to work for
It is great a great working environment as i work with minimal supervision or no supervision at all and still get to do a great job. I work dorectly with clients as i go to different sites to assist them with their day to day problems. I have an excellent working relationship with my colleague as it is only the 2 of us covering about 12 ABSA retail branches in about 10 locations. Time management and prioritizing is very importantas we have to travel to different branches on the same day. The only challenging part is miscommunication from clients as it inconveniences me and puts a lot of pressure

Great opportunity to learn

When my employer introduced excel to me gave me the opportunity to undertake additional training so as to be able to work effectively with this. Willing to learn
Work days are great, but not challenging enough My relationship with my co-workers is great, they make it a great pleasure to work with them I have learnt to invoice and the importance of raising purchase orders I enjoy learning new things There's nothing really challenging

Excellent Experience
Working at TCM is feels like home,Company has many value that correspond exactly with my life goals. Working day sames always very short as i enjoy working my co-workers and i have learned so much from them our goal its always to work together to achieve high IT GOALS I have learned how to manage IT Infrastructure on a daily basis practically and what i enjoy most its the fact that i can manage my work at my own time. The most challenging about my job its when i have high priority calls and all from long distance.

Excellent Learning Curve
A typical day at work will involve planning of projects and provide technical consultancy when needed. I have to attend regular kick-start meetings with vendors, contractors and customers. I have a very good relationship with my team and when doing resource planning only select those resources with the correct skillset for the project at hand. I have learnet a lot about retail banking and the medical industry and being highly professional at all times. I enjoy working with people. I enjoy the recognition and rewards for a job well done and for delivering every project on time and everytime. The most challenging aspect of my job is to deliver all projects on time everytime and sometimes under extremely difficult situations, i.e. construction delays, limited resources, etc.
