Excellent learning curve
From my learnership wa provided with an internship and eventually employed. Grew from junior to a senior operator working in different companies cause I was outsourced. Have experience in desktop support, AS400 operation and AIX operations. A great company that believes in providing opportunities to inexperienced youth looking for work.

Good company to learn
My duty involves escalating issues where necessary, resolving technical, build and install PCs , installing softwares and drivers, devices such as printers, scanners, datacard priners, cashier terminals, teller cash recycler, card readers, biometrics and others. Disabling and assembling devices. My duties also include travelling to clients daily to resolve support request, branch installations and revamps, to diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents and to assist any users with any logged IT related incidents when called upon. I also have strong background with printers and MFDs.
Pros: Working on various accounts, simply meaning you get to work on a variety of devices, softwares and applications. Different people and environment daily

Gain a lot of experience but pay never changes
Been at the company for some time. Yes I have gained much experience and have movedd around but the pay has never increased . When questioninh this the matter is brushed asidr with empty promises
Pros: You get to be in different types of service desks amd companies for growth
Cons: When outsourced you feel like they do not care

Well from the years I have been at Technology Corporate Management I have to say I enjoyed every moment, I think that's because I work with the most amazing people,Well we do have our fights sometimes but that's just one of those things, I have a learned a lot my mentor is awesome I think she's the smartest person I know, the knowledge I have gathered from her is enormous,I never thought I would enjoy working In the office, answering calls and what not turns out I do, As long as I'm still here I intend on gathering more knowledge as much as I can.

Ability to multi-task, manage time
My name is Asande Khanyile a young hard worker i'm 21 years old. I'm under a company called TCM but doing my practicals at Absa on IT learnership (Technical support). we working with the products like printers and laptops, troubleshooting and assisting the users with the issues they came across with. I have an ability to multi-task, manage time, i also manage incoming calls and i can handle customer complaints. I have learn to how to communicate with the workers and how to deal with different users.
Pros: trips and gaining knowledge with other companies

Communication and learning opportunities very low.
Very low moral between employees. management is not very communicative in terms of what is happening in the company due to covid. Management could do a better job @ increasing and moral in the company and providing educational opportunities.

Motivation
I have attained experience in various aspects of employment and I believe that I am capable of learning at a fast pace and adapt to any working environment. The corporate / computing world always amazed me and to be apart of it is a great achievement for me.
