My day to day tasks include managing AD accounts: creating accounts, mailboxes, security groups, distribution groups, contacts etc. The environment is quite challenging. Supporting users on a RDS Environment and laptops, deskops and Servers on a daily basis.

Flexible and Fast Learner

Good customer relationship attending to incidents for users resolved remotely and telepathically full knowledge of IT environment support wlan, lan and wireless networks.

Excellent learning curve

Ability to multi-task, manage time

My name is Asande Khanyile a young hard worker i'm 21 years old. I'm under a company called TCM but doing my practicals at Absa on IT learnership (Technical support). we working with the products like printers and laptops, troubleshooting and assisting the users with the issues they came across with. I have an ability to multi-task, manage time, i also manage incoming calls and i can handle customer complaints. I have learn to how to communicate with the workers and how to deal with different users.

Pros: trips and gaining knowledge with other companies
Cons: we don't work extra hours

Communication and learning opportunities very low.

Very low moral between employees. management is not very communicative in terms of what is happening in the company due to covid. Management could do a better job @ increasing and moral in the company and providing educational opportunities.

Excellent place to learn. both with the work experience and life

working here is a good experience and the daily tasks are very eye opening so am learning a lot which gives me experience.the team that we work with is a very exeptional team to work with, very competitive and helpful/team players.

Great learning opportunity

Your ordinary day entails attending to open service tickets and resolving them with in SLA. I have built a great relationship with all my colleagues and look to them for support with any issues I am faced with in the field, as do they. The learning never ends and that is what I enjoy most. Banking applications are very tricky and keep getting trickier

Excellent Learning curve and growth

IIIt has been a great opportunity to get to work for the company I currently work for, I gained a lot's of experience with the information shared by my collegues.My relationship with people that I work with is excellent, we work well with each other.As an administrator I do different kind of activities/tasks daily and each and everyday I gain knowledge.I'm very good with laptops, My typing skill is excellent, I am a fast learner and I like being challenged with new things everyday.

Good company

Changing toners and installing drivers and softwares had to deal with clients who didn't want to understand when it was a busy day but it was a good working environment absa management was good relationship with co-workers was good coz we helped each other.

Pros: Opportunity to grow my career
