My work experience at Telesure was lovely, tje environment was very professional and friendly. Working hours were the best and target was never hard to achieve I would most definitely refer candidates

It's a great company to work for, though a lot of disruptive misunderstanding amongst some managers, which lead to unnecessary conflicts among junior staff.

Great opportunity to grow

I'm looking to go into customer care,I'm open minded,flexible and purpose driven. I'm a fast learner and I'm willing to change gears and learn every day.

Great company to work for except for the commission restructuring.

Learning opportunities, great working hours. I learned patience when dealing with clients from different countries, as I was selling insurance to Australian clients. The most challenging aspect was the accent which resulted to be a communication barrier.

Excellent learning curve

My work experience withTelesure has been exceptional. We assist clients to get affordable life insurance and we do work really well in out team's as we do assist one another to learn more and give our clients the out most best service. We are given target's to meet everyday which sometimes can be a challenge which I enjoy most and My workmates and I encourage one another to ensure that we reach our target before the end of the day.

Convenient for School leaver

The salary structureis not compatitive hence most positions are suitabke for School leavers without anu family responsibilities. An each month the is huge number of recruits yet the company is not growing.

Achieved my RE5

Just not happy about the fact that new consultants earn more than old workers. Sales that has been made gets cancelled however proof is not shown to us and that brings down your commission. Relationship with colleagues are great very friendly environment.

Fast learner

I have ability to get along with others, to make necessary adjustments to meet deadline, and to successfully coordinate in a fast paced environment have all contributed to growth in my chosen field with employers placing a significant degree of trust in me. And I am willing to learn new things as I am a fast learner
