I enjoy my job as it is brings a lot learning and new challenges.
I work with s lot of different teams, cross functional teams. I enjoy challenges that come with different skills sets, opinions and learning new things daily. My work involves but not limited to daily meetings, training, handling and assisting with queries. Putting together Product documentations, and training manuals.

Excellent Career
Working for TELKOM has been a great start of my career. The goals I have achieved at this company is team work, good communication skills and good leadership skills. I have trained a lot of staff which started working for Telkom and I enjoyed that. The most challenging aspects of my Job is to be always firm and always have a solution to every problem or issue and I have to always handle pressure very well when its busy .

An environment that sharpened my skill and gave me time make use of what is available
working with this company has been a challenge,rather I came in a a challenging time where I had to replace 2 people as one and the clients were not easy at all they kept asking for the previous people,environment was a mess and had to make sure things are stable working only with word from BA who understands the environmnent.It has been a learning curve to know that environments are not the same,work with what is there.Long working hours and a manager that knows the business and always have an idea of how to approach things are the demands you face everyday but they keep you going

Good Company
I enjoy my work.The work day starts with reading emails and responding to them.Compile all the stats.for Fibre to the house projects,ME projects , National Broadband Programe and other new projects for malls and complexes. I nomaly hold the meeting with my staff every Monday to review all the projects for the past week and we meet when the need arises to discuss projects related issues.I have learnt to work with different Service Providers that are contracted to Telkom.I enjoy visiting sites and interacting with service providers and my staff and checking quality of work that is carried out .The challenging aspects of my job are time frames of projects completuions

Excellent customer service
I am hard working person, with Telephone techniques and Customer service experience. I have Business Management and Administration Diploma certificate, I have Matric certificate. I was working for Telkom as International operator my duties where : Helping customer for international enquiries, Conneting Confrences calls, Creating World call cards, helping with Worldcall enquiries, International tarrifs, Connect call internationall. I am a driven individual .
I enjoy getting challenges at work and mostly dealing with the change with my team so we can point the different ideas. My work day start at 8am to 5pm i work as and Admin consultant I was promoted due to my hard work and determination. I started as a call centre agent assisting customers with best customer service and within 6 months was promoted. I log fault via emails and technical support via emails and admin duties. My relationship with my co-worker is good because i go to them for advise and they come to me you can say i am a bubbly person. I have learned that if you love something you must do your level best to prove that particular thing is best for you. I enjoy reading and love being around people who have fun and also brains. The most challenge of my job is when the customer does not understand what you have emailed and you have to phone them in order to understand.
Pros: Enjoy communication with people and getting the best result with my assistant.
Cons: Need better income and gain more experience.
