Excellent team player
I'm an early bird, I like to start my day as early as possible. I work well with a team because I'm very sociable. I'm a good communicator, I always make sure I meet every customer demands. Telkom is a company that allows you to learn as much as you want, so I have taken this opportunity to grow, not just as a SAP Charm administrator, but I attended courses on Solution manager and ABAP to have a better understanding of my job, and to grow as a SAP person. I enjoy doing the technical part of ChaRM, configuring the system to meet the user's demands, but it can be challenging at times. The other challenging part of my work is the transport management, because one needs to be extra couscous when transporting to production systems. But other than that SAP is a great environment for learning and growing. I enjoy it every day.

Good learning curve
We had a good working relationship with co-workers, the most challenging aspect of the job is to face angry customers, what i enjoy the most is to get a new task everyday

I play an important role regarding operational governance
I work within a defined operating model across a matrix including internal and external stakeholders. Contract Management and SLM is a daily operation including resource enabling and budget management

Good Platform to exercise my skills.
Communication skills improved because I've dealing with different attitudes daily. Excellent technical support with customers that have difficulties to connect to the internet

I love working at my job
my work place is a nice working environment where the colleagues work well with each other. I have learnt how to work well with people because my family does not consist of to many people. I enjoy being able to fix people queries at work knowing that some one is pleased with the services I give them

Operational specialist
I am a fast and accurate writer, with a keen eye for detail . My job involves gathering of information, analysis, compiling reports, the use of statistical software like excel for analysis and presentation of findings. My current job has also prepared me in the project management and customer experience environment.

Excellent learning experience at Telkom and know what they do
I have a great relationship with co-workers as i am very friendly and can make new friends easily. I have learnt a lot about Telkom and how they do their procedures and what to expect from Telkom. I enjoy helping the customers to the best of my ability and make sure their customer experience is to be remembered. The most challenging is when you try your best to assist a customer and still cant assist them no matter what you try, thats the worst for me.

The Benefits of working at a SOE
Work starts at 7:30 with a review of any calls to be attended. If there are any logged, then we would phone the clients to see if they are remoteable calls or whether a call out is required. If remoteable, then we would remote in and resolve. My relationship with colleagues is excellent. we assist each other technically or fill in where necessary. We treated each others as peers and work as a team. I've learned that in an organisation of this size, one meets clients/users of different personalities and demands and one has to be accomodating to all. I enjoy working with my team mates as well as learning new technologies.
Pros: The size of the organisation creates an interesting challenge with the amount of work to be done and also dealing with customers

I have learned how fast and conviniance the optic fiber is it. Is in a big demand because unlike copper os not striked by lightning The job need dedication,time and concentration at all the time.
