When working for a Corporate Entity as large as Telkom you should make sure you a brand ambassador

A typical day at my workplace is quite hectic as our branch is a "flagged store" which means we have lots to do all the time, we are like family at work , communication is key , we always letting one another know what we doing or even how long we will be gone when we do decide to take a break, I have learnt that if a colleague has made a mistake , that we should help each other, because at the end of the day the customer does not look at the incompetence of your co-workers but they look at the Company . What I enjoy most is when we as a team are able to sharpen one another , getting a customer sorted and happy together , wether it's checking for availability for a unit , or doing a Internet Account configuration. The most challenging aspects would be the time frame in which we get queries sorted , dealing with a customer who has been over promised and been under delivered .

Pros: Great oppertunity for growing ones knowledge around telecommunication
Cons: Working late shifts , getting paid normal rate on public holidays

Voice and data specialist

Im also excellent in bookings for repairs,recieving,phone setups,router, laptops setups, proccesing of new contracts with excellent customer service and selling skills

Pros: I enjoyed solving customer problems and come with solutions

Excellent learning curve

My professionalism has increased and moulded by the environment and the type of customers I work with. Being a great team player makes it easy for me to communicate and giving ideas on how to work smart to meet our target. Meeting a Target as a team not individually has been the most challenging if one team member is struggling. What I enjoy the most is getting commission and incentives, my basic is actually a Bonus I focus on making more commission than the previous month.

Good learning curve

We had a good working relationship with co-workers, the most challenging aspect of the job is to face angry customers, what i enjoy the most is to get a new task everyday

Learnt alot in the technical enviroment that can carried out in other companies and daily lifes

working in an enviroment , not just taken has a job, this needs to something we look forward to on a daily basis and strive to fill all duties and tasks given throw out my work we learn that we need too make things a task and be the best at it at all time make sure tasks are done to perfection

Pros: make your envrioment like your home be happy
Cons: the long hours we work without stress shows we love our jobs

Stay focus when working under pressure.

I am quick learner and I believe in a team work. even if i find something irritating.I try to avoid it unless it personally affects me. I am a very calm person and focused on multi tasking while being patient.

Pros: I am looking foe better opportunities along the bussines
Cons: I am willing to work long hours eg. 10 hours per day
