Good learning curve

I was working in the New business department where we open up accounts for new and existing customers.we would get a daily target per agent per team to make up our department's monthly target. I had a great relationship with my co-workers because we were working towards earning prizes should we achieve or exceed our monthly target so as much as we were working as individuals at the end of the day we had one motivation and one goal.I learnt the meaning of team spirit through Tenacity.i enjoyed the diversity of people/cultures in one place and the fact that we were able to work together as one big family.the most challenging aspect of my job was when I wouldn't be able to sort a customer's query I couldn't help but feel as I've let that person down though I would've tried by all means to resolve it.

Analytical- reads and understand people.

I managed 14 people with different personalities on a daily basis. As my first year as a team manager it was difficult to adapt to each personality on a group forum or individually when focused on one goal when there is no clear understanding of your crowd. This was my biggest challenge as a team manager. I've managed to better this skill by ensuing u welcome fresh ideas, build your rapport, maintaining relationships with various personalities to ensure we work as a team towards the same goal.

Pros: Growth available and pays off if you work hard for it
Cons: Team work was bit of a concern.

Excellent learning curve

I'm a very nice person, who enjoys working with other people. I cope very well working individually and in a team. I'm a fast learner who always go an exta mile in my work. I'm available to start as soon as possible as I resigned end May at Tenacity.In my experience as a Debt Collector,I have learnt how to negotiate with customers and to deal with rude and difficult customers.It has made me to learn to follow the call script and build solid relationship with the customers.It will be an honour hearing from you.

Excellent

The environment is good and workers are warm and supportive, one big family most definitely, never a dull moment to be honest, we all worked hard towards one common goal, team leaders and executives are very much friendly and listens to their worked quiries, executives are present in the work space we able to interact with them.

It is a great company to work for. The management is friendly and helpful.

The company offers lots of opportunitues for people who are looking to study further. They have bursary programs as well as short courses that they offer onsite. The senior executives go out of their way to make the company a have a positive enviroment. The downfall is that some of the team managers are not expereinced enough thus finding it difficult to manage people.

I enjoy my life at Tenacity

table of our actions and we are passionate about our job more specially as customer services agents. The environment that we work in is good, the management is not that bad at least they do what's best for them to keep their employees. We work 8 hours a day, we have 1 hour 10 mins breaks and we work different shifts as customer services agents. Team leader position I am still learning as it was promotion due to my kpi performance

I coach and guide agents to improve work standars, monitor time management, provide daily targets and monthly targets. Delicate work when its required. Provide daily and monthly stats. Administration work as to process overtime, explain new policies and procedures. Reprimand when its needed. I have good relationship with my agents
