Challenging work enviroment
I am constantly resolving queries and making customers happy. I also resolve queries on social media platforms like Facebook and Hello Peter. I have a great working relationship with my colleagues as we all believe that our customers are very important in our business and we strive to keep them happy

In confirmation department Im good in doing proof of income
I am working in a Financial sector which has alot of pressure bt I manage to work under it because I become to love some other departments where I normally assists when we out of work like Confirmation department where we confirmed documents of the applicants.

Running reports Relationship with co-workers excellent What have you learnt-You are responsible for your own development and your own success and team work is important. Clear and effective communication is important too what I enjoy the most- Is working/creating reports and administering systems
Pros: Lots of growth for agents
Cons: No contribution to the medical aid and cant choose your own medical, and no gaurenteed 13th cheq and R300 very dangerous to travel on from I live

Growth
Working at Tenacity is great and I enjoy working there as I love what I am doing,that beeing debt collection and we are like a family there,I learnt a lot of things there as an individual and a collector,so now I would like to grow and experience some other things

Customer service expert
Fast paced environment, like working with my co-workers, they're very interesting. I've learned that not everyone(customers) are as educated and does not know what they sign up for when opening their accounts. Every day I learn something new. I enjoy working with people.

I'm working with my co-workers was amazing because we were able to wotk as team. I habe leant that working for collations it is not about collecting money only is about educating clients about the account what will happen if she or he is not keeping the account up to date

Excellent learning curve, great exposure
a great experience for me as it was something new. i have always been on the phone in call center escalating complaints. this time around i was given the opportunity to handle and resolve customer complaints. working only on emails and on the phones when our assistance was needed.
