It was a great learning curve and experience
it was a great experience dealing with different characters of people everyday.. my relationship with my co workers was excellent ,as I am have a bubbly character , so Its easy for me to mix in. I have learnt to work under pressure and reaching the target . I enjoyed my work environment because its homely. The most challenging was to deal with hard customers .

It's a stepping stone and experience gained in the retail industry
Enjoy doing customer service ,gives me pleasure to solve problems to hear the customer satisfaction,my aim is first call resolution to avoid frustration.I love working amongst people in a team or individually as well

Excellent learning curve

Good learning curve
Nice environment but the management is not good at all, they treat people like dogs and expect good quality of work, they under pay people, always threaten to fire when you don't do as they please.

learning curve
Customer service is never the same, everyday you learn something different. Being able to assist stores and customers with the queries, complaints. Working with different individuals, making new friends and meeting new people. The challenging part is when calls are queuing and dealing with upset customers that hasnt received the service they deserved.

Learning curve
Diverse culture. Good people to work with. Agent levels knows better than Management on floor. Too much work is expected and not being acknowledged for your effort. I have learnt to remain calm and stay positive and take things as a challenge. With the correct amount of positivity, product knowledge and knowing the system you are capable if facing any situation hands on.
Pros: Good people.
Cons: No opportunity to grow.

Good starting job
Tenacity Financial Services is a good place to start your career at. They do require a lot from you and it's a lot of pressure. Salary does not match the amount of work and hours that you have to put in.
