I am very hard working and determined, I hate laziness but motivated buy to those that help me so that we may reach a specific task. I do believe in team work as to obtain ideas of how others feel.

Learning experience

I work at a private company but under DCS. Working with inmates that have different characters and attitudes. I need to keep calm when consulting but cautious as well

How to help a client help them selfs

Telling the clients about their HI, helping them to stay positive and ADHERE to their medication, make them accept their conditions Good relationship with colleagues Leant to work under pressure Enjoyed seeing the client Smile after being accepting their statuses V status

High level of Accuracy. High speed of Data Capturing skills. Data backup and recovery skills. Tier.net, DHIS 1.4, Ideal Clinic and WebDHIS skills. Ability to install and administer computer hardware, software and networks Strong Communication Skills Computer skills including the spread sheet and word-processing programs, and e-mail/outlook. Computer viruses and security and computer troubleshooting. Ability to understand data and presentation graphically

Excellent experience in FM, contracts, procurement.

Everyday is different. Seeing that i am responsible for the compansy's Facilities, fleet and assets, there are many challenges daily.I ensure i overcome these daily with the required results.

Working well with others and gaining more experience

Working at Aurum was a great experience to me as much as working with different peaple, coming up with ideas on how to convinxe and talk to patients for them to return to the facility for their appointments fates

Here at The Aurum Institute we are helping the communities to fight against HIV and TB. We have different studies that we encourage communities to joint in preventing them from HIV and TB. I have a good relationship with my co-workers and i have learned so many things like front desk work, specimen recordings, data capturing and to keep the company information confidential. I enjoy everything that i do at my work (no complaining).

Pros: Working for The Aurum Institute is a great opportunity since from 2014 to date, i started as a Health Screener in 2014 and then became a Clinic Runner in 2015.
Cons: I do work for long hours from 8:00 am - 16:30 pm. Sometimes i work overtimes from 16:30 till late. I do have stamina for working overtimes.

Good company to. Work. For. It has reduced unemployment amongst youth. Learnt how to. Capture and deal with patients. It has dress code. No discrimination. You. Can learn. A lot from the team. You attend the training. You can grow as an individual

Excellent opportunity

I work a 8 hour shift, Monday To Friday, I work well together with my colleagues, coordinating the project well in the absence of my project manager, I have learned a lot especially in coordinating the project, writing of daily reports and supervising my colleagues. The most challenging aspects of my project its when we are unable to retain participants due to retrenchments and relocation's

Pros: Great opportunity to grow because it allows me to coordinate in the absence of project manger and attends workshops.
Cons: Working overtime without being compensated but the good thing is you do get your hours back.

A Tier.net trainer extraordinaire with more than four years experience in mentoring, coaching and training on health systems. Trained many DoH and NGO data capturers, data monitors and facility managers in HTS, PreART, ART and TB module. A champion in the roll out of the TB Module in the UGU district in KZN and played a leading role in the roll out in two districts in the NW province.
