Im a team member who works really hard and am a very straight person who believes in honesty
i am a hard worker who also learns fast and is willing to go extra mile, i dont really like to work with lazy people because am afraid that they could devalue my strength. my motto is to put the company's needs first in whatever i do.

Working well with others and gaining more experience
Working at Aurum was a great experience to me as much as working with different peaple, coming up with ideas on how to convinxe and talk to patients for them to return to the facility for their appointments fates

Ability to install and administer computer hardware, software and networks Strong Communication Skills Computer skills including the spread sheet and word-processing programs, and e-mail/outlook. Computer viruses and security and computer troubleshooting. Ability to understand data and presentation graphically

no team work Too much favouritism work is tiring but enjoyable no respect amongst co workers team leaders don't play their role no communication amongst the team

Excellent learning
According to relationship with co-workers is that am an easy person to work with and I like a team work. I have learned a lots with HIV/AIDS I also learned a lot about health. The most challenging aspect of the job is when the clients defaulted for their treatment

Excellent learning curve
As I was working at aurum institution as a role of navigator I was screening the patient and educate them about HIV&AIDS and if they are willing to test I was directing them directly to the counselor.

We work as a team thats what i like most
Company encourage everyone to work hard and reach their target. When closing for december holidays we discuss our performance and strategies on how we gona work the following year.Am am not happy with theur promotional policy as its not fair according to my point of view.
