Attention to detail candidate
Days starts from 8am to 5pm supporting teams and management. I love assisting my team to reach their goals and my interactions with them needs to boost that in them. I have learnt that we learn everyday and need to inservice my team in understanding the organization and it’s policies as we support the National Department of Health. It’s challenging yet assist to explain and teach the most experienced managers of stakeholders about how our organization works and the budgets as they expect turnaround without processes not being followed .After the projects have been completed reviewing and sharing the experiences it’s satisfying.

Team player, hard worker and fast learner.
My company values respect, excellence, Innovation, teamwork and Integrity. I have learned to live under those values even outside the work environment. I work with a team full of perfectionists. We respect our work and work hard to archive the goals of the company. We value the health of our fellow human beings hence we encourage them to take their medication. We monitor their progress through out the trial of the study. We focus the most on the vulnerable communities and engage with the community leaders for the support. We work 40 hours per week. We celebrate important events as co workers. We support one another in the times of need. We are reliable and punctual. The challenging part of the job as tracking down patients who give the wrong addresses. I enjoy training's .

Learning curve challenging but grooming
Supervising sub ordinates, consulting clients, mentoring and in serbice training, counseling and testing, blood monitoring and interpretation, tracing of defaulters and thosebwith abdnormal blood results, referals of complicated cases to horelationship with co-workers is good, responsible, respectful and transparent. Every individual clients is a special case and treated holistically. I enjoy trrated diverse clients, seeing my clients looking bbetter from first consultation, or the clients being greatful for assistance without judging. The babies whom we test postive for HIV, it touches my heart, children whose categivers do not take good care of them and pregnant womenwho don't comply and adhere to treatment. spitals.

Growing everyday with counseling skills improvement
The Aurum Institute is a company with many workers who are placed at different clinics or hospitals and we work with a goal or target and at the end of the day we have meet the target. That is very competitive and it has all of us working very hard.

Team work. Learn to be corporative and excellent curve
So much work load as we work under pressure bt we have a great team work. Good communication skills. Learning more about working with patients though its a bit difficult bt slowly but t surely am learning. Learnin about filling system and how we should file, ways in which u van approach patients an all that.
