Excelent learning curve

the work enviroment and co workers are great to work with. there is team work. I ENJOY THE INTERACTION WITH everyday CUSTOMERS. i;ve learned how to deal with difficult customers and how to ackhnowlegde every potential customer entering the store.

Pros: sales targetsb are attenable
Cons: long traveling hours to and from work everyday

Good learning

It's very challenging to work at the hub because we dealing with stock, customers and reaching the targets. Management is good and they also help you to grow. I have learned that if you don't push yourself no one will do that and it's also good to meet clients and try to make them love your products. The most challenging thing is when the targets are high and also struggle to open the accounts.

Learnt how to deal with customers and problem solving also learnt how to work under pressure

Start of day, printing of reports, staff meeting. We discuss the previous day out budgets for to day and the do & dont's.... then floor walks and replanishments, checking of admin

Pros: Working towards being a store manger and even moving towards being a regional manager
Cons: Not getting enough days off and even compromise my overtime

Wonderful learning experience

Working at the Hub gave me the right experience of working the long hours at retail...even working on weekend. Not enough time to spend with family and not enough time to rest

Gaining experience and building career

I joined The Hub in 2014 with the expectation of learning and moving forward . I have learnt and performed those duties however remuneration still stayed basic.I am a peoples person so i work well in a team . I am nw looking for better salary and growth.

Learnt how to deal with customers and problem solving also learnt how to work under pressure

My day includes opening and closing the store, staff meetings and promotions implementation. Helping with customer issues and banking recons. I gave a staff of 8 reporting to me andhave a good working relationship with them. We joke and play but not forgetting that we have a job to do. I have learnt to treat every individual differently and that ever day has its own different challenges so I need to have a different approach to every challenge. Having to fire people and also coaching am team with low moral to achieve better results.

Excellent is my choice

At ma company we were dealing with merchandising and fashion, I have enjoyed a lot because I love working with people helping there a lot!!!! we worked hard as a team ,always HV team spirit to make sales,most challenge it was we u have to merchandise and is your first time,all you have to do is to match the garment!!

Challenging yet fun company, beautiful store layouts... Best higher management

11ggreat workplace. People tend to learn alot of skills and experience. Team work amd effort is learnt once employed. Higher management tends to support and help all levels of staff.. Regional managers very supportive and assisting

Friendly company

its a very good company with friendly people,where we always challenge ourselves to learn new things.Our relationship is good you wouldn't find a moody person everyone understand its a working environment not a place to bring private issues.I learnt how to work with people and telephonic manners,how to stay calm regardless how angry and shouting a person or customers may be.I also learnt the slogan " a customer is always right" which is very challenging aspect but I made sure I follow that rule.
