Good first experience at customer service

This job has taught me how to treat customers with respect and courtesy. As well as given me experience in working different hours. Unfortunately the working hours are unpredictable and there is little chance for promotions

Good for gainging work experience

Working at The Hub is like an Entry Level job where one could gain experince in customer service,working with the till point,and merchandising. It has taught me alot of things that has to do with retail. The best thing about working at The Hub is the enjoyement of team work we have.

Pros: There are open opportunities for people willing and working hard to get promotions,because people sometimes resign
Cons: Retail long working hours ,we work 9hours a day

The Hub has excellent clothing.

When I started to work at the Hub.. I had to work hard to prove myself. The store were struggling to make budgets. I was using my own iniative to generate sales. I held fashion shows with themes to make it different than any other shows. I have also passed NQF 5 where I have learned.. To be a good leader.. And to be an excellent manager.

Pros: Good opportunities until store manager level.
Cons: Difficult to be recognized for higher positions.
