Always pushing my self

A Typical day in Trackers logistic department is very fast past because of AB and SL rates that need to be maintain, So accuracy as well as speed are key in our positions not only for the rates that need to be maintained but also to get our customers services and installed before our competitors do, this does not happen on our own we need to have contacts with our branches and fitment centers and technicians in order to see who can assist. what I enjoy most is when the request from clients are not standard and they in remote arrears. I can pus myself

Great learning experience

Working at Tracker gave me a wealth of experience in customer relationship building and maintenance. A typical day entailed frequent contact with my assigned business customers attending to their requests and queries ranging from technical investigations to finance queries and everything in between.

Less room from growth and development

It’s a high volumes telecommunication company , systems are continually offline ,poor customer services mainly because of unhappy stuff and customers

Opportunity to learn for new entrants.

The company is great to work for when you are a new entrant. Opportunity to learn and the management allows you to work independently. There are no opportunities for promotion since the legal department has three people.

Work enforcement enlightenment and Challenging

I ensure that all systems are up and healthy, which first includes our hardware infrastructure section and then try by all means to assist where i can in other fields of the department , handle day to day tasks logged by business. I also handle the basics of networking especially cabling of servers and end users network connectivity to local connections. Maintenance of the server room is one of my key responsibilities, this is basically what i spend my day doing and working closely with the monitoring team . We face challenges like lines going down and attemps to restore lost or infected files, troubleshooting is also aspects of our regular day.

Pros: Abundant work field exposure, interactions with other teams and eagerness for them to teach you work

Good learning curve

Great colleagues. Good salary. Very challenging role. No 1 day is the same. Ever changing environment. New challenges daily. Bearable working hours. No work on Saturdays or Public Holidays in my role. Bonus and annual increases.
