Great working experience

Working from eight to five and getting increases every year which is performance based. The environment is not so great .Having to train other new staff members and not getting anything for it .They do concentrate more on learning and development which is great ,the only downside about that is that after giving you all that training they dont even consider you for new positions that can help you grow within the company.

Pros: Great learning and development
Cons: no recognition.

Learning

- Hard, having to deal with clients who just lost their cars - My relationship with my team is great, we all understand each other both work wise and general life - The spirit of ubunto - Helping people to get their cars back - Activating a vehicle knowing that there is a person who has been taken hostage in the vehicle

Pros: Great opportunity for a person of my caliber to grow
Cons: Working 12 hour shift, four days in a raw including two night shifts

Excellent

What i do at my current job on daily basis is to get new business / clients by doing calling corporate companies, ideally to sell them our products on a 3 years contract and reaching target. I've been with the company for over 4 years, the business has grown due to my input to the company. The relationship with my colleagues as great because we all have a common goal which is to reach our target and also celebrate ones achievement. I've learned so much from the company,I've grew as an individual and also strive to do best. What i like most is signing up a client with a lot of vehicles from 180 and above because i know it is an achievement for the division as whole
