Great learning experience
I work a 7:30-4:00 type of work which cool. My day to day work include generating the company performance reports and doing data analysis. My relationship with my co-workers is great, we work together as a team to achieve the company's goals. I have learnt a lot regarding the company in terms of performance and how import for each one of us to do their work beyond expectations as it helps the company do well. I enjoy working with my team. The most challenging aspect of my job is not being able to receive information from different stakeholders in time. this affects the submission deadlines of reports.

Business Profits and Company Interests First.
The company contributes directly to the wellness of the economy. This warrants a 24/7 contribution to ensure the smooth running and timeous shipping of the client's cargo. The environment is conducive to teamwork and motivation, as everything works on time - With us, time is money. Every person or worker is equally important in the wellness of the business. No dull moments at all - The intellectual status of leadership is at the right level. As we learn every day, - I have perfected my negotiation skills with clients, labor (unions), the Government on reviewing Legislation that affects the sector I am in, etc. The most challenging aspect of my job is to deal with external forces of crime that destabilize the rail network. This requires a holistic approach that needs proper coordination with external stakeholders and also managing the limited financial resources to realize the set goals.
Pros: Expansion projects that are cross border, giving an opportunity to do business outside the borders of the country.
Cons: Other supporting units or departments are pulling slow.
