Working as a team
To ensure the update database timeously with the credit notes and letters of repudiation in order to complete correspondence information . easy to communicate, I solving the problem.

Excellent learning curve
Working days consists of daily maintenance on machines and equipment. In most cases it can be challenging but that's what makes it exciting. I like challenging situations because it's than when I learn new skills about my trade. Where I'm working, we surely are a close family, that is how I see my coworkers.

Management skills
Under my Department in Continuous Improvement,the team map Process Flow charts for Operations , Conduct Time and Motion study to reduce bottlenecks and delays, Conducts weekly and monthly reports to the line managers. the relationship between the interns and employees is very good because there managers and supervisors are friendly and inspire us to do better through giving us feedback on our work I enjoy doing workplace layouts and applying lean principles such as 5s I have learnt about time management, working under pressure, reporting skills and communication skills The most challenging aspect is looking for information, people tend to give inaccurate numbers on their reports which make it hard to analyse data

I'll treatment
Bad, they treat you like a slave and make you feel illiterate. They have a total disregard for you wellbeing as well as safety. Constantly mistreated by self centred supervisors. Manager is never on shift. Complaints dont get resolved. Discrimination exist in the work place if you are in the wrong ethnicity. Feels like a prison.
Pros: If you are not african(xhosa or tshwana or venda) then there's no chance of promotion
Cons: Long hours with no incentives, FTC have no basic salary and no pension fund and no medical aid.

Exposure
Training under Transnet in order to gain exposure was the most exciting part of my career growth. It allowed me to merge theory with the real world, equipping me with knowledge and tools to unlock business inefficiencies . Due to lack of resources within the department the pressure has been an everyday challenge however it made grow and learn about time management.
