Excellent leaning curved

Checking the cars, their condition, they must be in good condition, make sure our clients get them fresh no dents, record then on our data base work under pressure as a team also communication is the best in the organization

Good learning curve

Nice learning curve. It is a food company to work for but only for the permanent employees. The learnerships and YTP will do all the work that no one wants to do and they might not even get a job at the end of their contract.

Review

My company is a very dynamic one, and highly pressurized, dealing with the challenges facing the economy at the moment. Being in a head office corporate structure, the caliber of individuals are very strong and focused, and set the culture of minimal room for error. Being in this environment I have gained a wealth of exposure, to business, operations, and management of people and processes.

Development opportunities

am an analytic, self motivated and enthusiastic person driven by positive results. I am interested in maintenance managent,understanding how machinery works,upskilling myself in the Engineering field. I also hold certification in Millwright (trade tested), Electrical (trade tested) , Compressor Operation, Maintenance and Design , Medium Voltage Switching amongst others relating to the trade. For fun, I go out to with friends, meet new people to creat a strong network .

I am now a complete lawyer having the whole overview of the business

it is a great experience you end up interacting at the highest level f the business. Mostly you advise the business on business risks .They offer also continues training. I have learnt part of the operation as an advisor and feel that I am offer proactive legal advises. advises senior management e, g CEO and general managers

Enjoyable at most

I have learnt a lot during my time at this company. It has allowed me to gain insight into how the shipping industry works, when it come to both Export and Import. For the most part i have a good relationship with co-workers. What i enjoy most that the department which i am working in is very complex and it allows you to gain insight into all the different aspects of the company.
