Aced my interpersonal skills
A good day at work begins much very well when i interact with people who possess positive vibes at all times.My relationship with my co worker i rate it highly i am one who likes to create a calm and welcoming environment no matter how other people may be difficult to deal with . I have learnt that customers gets hard when they sense ignorance from people who suppose to be going an extra mile into making their needs met according to their expectations otherwise i feel happy to wake up in the morning to make customers day bright by providing a good service. What i enjoy the most is me dealing with the walk ins of the company and learning about fashion buying. The most challenging aspects of the job is understanding the cultural differences of my co worker and sometimes the supervisors who don't possess excellent leadership skills.

Opportunities are gained and lots of promotions.
I've learned that being a manager, team leader and a brand ambassador gave me great opportunity to work with different individuals with great minds and strong personalities. I also enjoyed working with my co-workers because you learn something new everyday and they game me exciting opportunities.
Pros: They give you great opportunities and they promote any individual who wants to learn .
Cons: The working hours are not so challenging.

I consider myself to be an inspiring asset for any position that may receive and a highly flexible person with diverse interests. I am a highly motivated, passionate and dedicated individual who takes pride in my work. Love new challenges, be competitive, embrace and adapt to change. I am people’s person and love the interaction, keep promises and demonstrate commitment through advice and delivery. I am very enthusiastic, pleasant, responsible, reliable and trustworthy. Best training industry
Truwoths is the company that made me grow ... It would be great for me if I could work for different retail which deals with jewellery for growing in a different environment nd to experience different challenges that will prepare me for future.

Good and Educational
I really had a great experience and I walked out with a lot of Knowledge I did a learnership in 2016 which I finished Feb 2017 I overcame all negativity and played my part as a student as well as a consultant.I've worked at the cash desk,admin office as well as the stockroom I can proudly say I knew alot of thing's in and out the learnership was an advertage.I lobed my colleges dearly even thought sometimes we didn't see eye to eye but the communication and respect was awsum , The most challenging was being under paid sometimes but that too did not stop my ethics.

Window dressers duties
As a window dressers I am responsible for all the visual display department, that entails dressing and styling in-store mannequins, lounging promotions and implementing of seasonal background and concepts, Distribution of all signage materials training new recruit and interns hosting styling workshops and presentations.my relationship with colleague is very good.I learned so many things like how to do electrical connections ,painting skills different techniques commucatios verbal and written and paying attention to detail .I enjoy styling models and training stuff. The most challenging aspect is meeting deadlines during festive background implementations.
Pros: You gain skills that you can also use at home
Cons: Lifting heavy equipment the whole day

Great day at work customer walking out satisfied and have everthing they wanted.bad day is not being able to meet customers needs.tirering is going to work 4 hours a day Less than 25 hours per week

It has groomed me as I was fresh from varsity
Handling customer payment and complaints. I have a good relationship with my colleagues and some of them are like family to me. I have learnt that if one want good recognition in a workplace then they have to work hard. I enjoy meeting new people and learning from them. The most challenging thing is some customers can be rude and you just have to pretend as if your feelings are not hurt because at the end of the day its work.
