Excellent
we have a good communication at my current job. The management treat us well and in order. we do our job according to the rule. we follow instruction.I have that customer need a good consultant to get what they want. first listen to the customer and look at the the customers eye when he/she is talking to you.

Hard worker
at my work most of the time I am working with customers , I am well self system and great in doing customer services. we work as team all the time and I manage to deal with some hard times. I have learnt to work with different kind of people . most of the thing I enjoy at work is the training we do together it build me.

Excellent learning curve
We were like a family everyone was on firat names basis and going to work had an awesome feeling along with it. I learnt alot about customer service and how to manage on the service decsk because that is what i needed to do on a daily basis. Most difficult chanllenge is dealing with difficult customers but at yhe end got through it like a pro.

Knowledge and skills
Truworths gave me the opportunity to upgrade skills and knowledge especial in customer service and how to deal with difficult situations, it is the company where you can work hard to persuade your dream or make a career but at the same time make me wanna aim higher because in life we have responsibilities.so that is why I took a step to apply job placement so that I can cover my response .truworths give people opportunity to drive their dream and the environment it's so good.

Good for Building Experience, but not for long term
Working at Truworths has been a good experience. Working in a field were you have to deal with certain individuals (customers) was a new thing for me. But having dealt with individuals (Call Centre) it wasnt that difficult for me as i settled in quickly. Having being there for a year now i feel that i have done all that i can. The are no new challenges as i feel like i can do more. i know theres a lot more i can offer. Thats what i want, a new challenge. And theres the very low salary, I certainly know that im worth more than what i currently earn considering how much effort and hard work i have to put in each day. I enjoy working with my colleagues because their all good people, some have shown me the ropes and given me new experiences. I enjoy helping friendly customers and i think the most hardest thing to come across are difficult customers. Working at Truworths has taught me to be calm as possible. Thats one Skill I'll be taking everywhere else i go.

Be patient, firm to my staff, follow company policy and procedure
Have daily morning session with all staff (previous target), and plan for today target. Take every new account launch very seriously because its a competition in our area. Customer service it must be our priority and have training every Friday and dress code must be followed daily. Staff must have personal target for new account drive and reach sales target for the store if not they must come with a valid reason not to reach the target.
Pros: promote according to staff performance and stock loss.
Cons: any hour after 8 hours is over time.

Excellent customer service
Been with the company for 3years leaner great customer service and even obtained Nqf level 2 retail and wholesale learnership, Been acting Manager for a year in absence of Store Manager great communication with staff

Its a learning curve
I am still a casual but it is a learning curve i would say.and there are not many opportunities that really present themselves to us in that case i would say its not all the time you get an opportunity to apply for a post in the company and you actually get an interview for it so it is tough but a great opportunity to learn responsibility.

Good communication skill
IAM very young vibrant energetic good communication skill.since I started working for truworth 2007 i have expirince how client are very important .I have achieve a lot with the company being cited by Outstanding costomer service by Truworths ceo was wonderful I will love to work for your company bring a very good costomer service inviroment and iam willing to learn from others. The most chalenging about the my job is when I have to make a client about our police and procedure that we need to follow.
