Its a good company to work for.You gain a lot of experience and you learn something new everyday.I enjoyed helping customers and making sure they were happy all the time.

It's depressing
I enjoyed dealing with customers and I have a good relationship with colleagues and the management relationship is not healthy at all, I loved handling difficult customers because every day I learn something new and customers are not approached the same way, I always have a great day and always smile to my customers

I have been multitasking doing merchandising replenishment customer service from the sales floor to Point of sale housekeeping opening new accounts and cleaning

Create a focussed approach to call monitoring
Not a good company to work for as they are stuck in their ways and don't accept new ideas you have no freedom to be yourself and no room to grow unless they see people they can use to fill the positions

Excellent learning curve
Great company to work for and it has lots opportunity for people they want to promote and good open door policy. Working for that company has taught me how to deal with pressure and managing different kind of customers in all types of situations and I have acquired the skill of telephone personality and reaching targets set for me or expected to be met. And I have aligned myself with the company values and thriller culture as well.
