No growth with the company
there is no growth within the company. I've been with the company for more than 5vyears and I have been on the same position ever since. .I believe I have served the company with the best of my ability and with loyalty but nothing good came out of it

Good one
my dailyMy job is needs some who is friendly and willing to help people in all aspect, because you deal with different personalities and characters that need you to be strong and to face anything head on. My co-workers are people who understand how the work place can turn you in one big happy family. Even though the days were people with their difference because of personal problem but we get to a point where everything is sorted and all know our goal or man thing we there. I’ve learned a lot from my current role but now I am looking for new challenge, to broaden my horizons and to gain new skills all of which I see in this position Dealing with difficult Customers but end understanding their frustration.

Not great at all
The company doesn't promote people. They pile up the responsibility without remun. eration If you are white I think you stand a better chance to get ahead at this company. The company still has management with old ways of thinking

It's depressing
I enjoyed dealing with customers and I have a good relationship with colleagues and the management relationship is not healthy at all, I loved handling difficult customers because every day I learn something new and customers are not approached the same way, I always have a great day and always smile to my customers
