Great experience given
I have learned a lot from the company I am currently working in. I learned how to look at the garment, from measuring to checking any changes that were made to a garment and also if the construction made for the garment has been followed by the pattern. The relationship I have with my colleagues is very good because we help each other with day to day challenges.

Hours are given to favourite and if you are not a favourite they give you less hours, we are not treated equal and a person become a flexible worker for more than 1 to many years without being made a flexi

Excellent customer service
It was an exciting journey working with different customers every day seing them leaving the store happy and can't wait to come back to the store again to receive the best customer service from me again having that kind of relationship with your customers it kept me going every day

Very structured
There are many daily tasks to complete and not enough time or support. Co-workers work together well but not always available. I have learnt to listen more to my teams views and ideas.

Good skill learning
It’s a good learning experience company where you can learn more but there are so much things that can be so challenging too.You work so hard but you earned so little.my co-workers we’re so amazing but after I address them about how we should work as a team because in our company there’s so much that need to be done but if we gonna work in a separate ways we not gonnana work .it was a such wonderful experience I have experienced,communication,customer service, and team work.The challange was to work in short of staff.

No growth with the company
there is no growth within the company. I've been with the company for more than 5vyears and I have been on the same position ever since. .I believe I have served the company with the best of my ability and with loyalty but nothing good came out of it

What I enjoy the most
Bhdhh I love the merchandising partyof my job. Its is an opportunity for me to express myself. I love dressing well and looking clean. Well displayed clothes attract more customers to the shop amd I am good at that.
