-Good organization and communications with co-workers and foremans. -With instruments you are never too dump if you are able to read a manual before making a new installation. -You learn something new everyday with each challenge you get. -Not knowing how your day will be, but that is determined by the type of work you have to do.

Pros: Great opportunity for upgrading yourself "academic wise". You are given different opportunity to build yourself as a person and the resources are free you just need to progress.
Cons: If the pump station has a problem all shall wait and the pumps need to be back up working.

Im a Hard worker and i like challenges

I Sandile believe that i am the suitable candidate for the job because I am dedicated, passionate, disciplined and driven person. I can acclimatize to any work conditions and I excel under pressure. Ideveloped excellent communication skills back at school, and I was used often to monitor and control the audience whenever there is an event in the community. I am a reliable and responsible person, I am able to work in a team. I am a very social person and my cheerful disposition has made it easy for me to make a good number of friends. I am in good health to perform physically demanding work.

Great environment to utilise my skills

Working as a business analyst has taught me one key skill which is communication . Everything that I do as part of my roles requires communication with another person in the same department of different department. I have learnt to be patient as I have worked with people from different departments who are not familiar with systems

Pros: Collaborative working environment, no silos
Cons: Working in this company especially in my department can be challenging sometimes due to limited access or authorization to some of the activities,I end up not perfoming accordingly

Best opportunity to apply my knowledge in Mechanical engineering

This part of the site is not user friendly. i cannot write my review because i cannot see what im writing. Please pardon me and maybe allow me to write this via email. jnccjcnjjcn ncd nnndehdshhuhw jnushucsddsidsisncijcijijdi nndsniearn the process of wastewater treatment, and the technological options that exist that are used throughout the world.

Pros: Learning from other fields of expertise, e.g Working with a scientist and a Chemical engineer
Cons: Sites are dispersed for more than 60km at times

Very good in fabrication

we work with a water , we put new pipes, weld flanges, put new valves, meters, spool piece, fabricate T piece and bends, we repair pipes. we fabricate screens for waste water. ive enjoy if I got a lot of fabrication and laying the pipe also doing welding

Pros: great opportunity to grow in terms of skill
Cons: we do overtime in breakdowns and shutdowns

Encourage personal development

Long hours at work, some times you are required to put in more time to assist others reach targets. team work encouraged. I have learnt time management skills, communication skills and growth in character to mentor and manage staff that reports to me.

Pros: Opportunity for promotions are many
Cons: Mostly Routine work
