Not the best fmcg to work for

Very slow career progression, particularly within Finance. International opportunities are very limited Not a lot of professionals working within the organization which becomes very frustrating

I have learned machine operations, control scada and to asymbol motor pumps.

I am a fast learn , flexibility it's what I do and loving challenges around the company. Currently I worked in power handling process plant .worked in weast handling including rework.

Good learning curve

I love to have a challenge to anything that i do to my work place.i am a good communicater.i have learnt to be more ambtious and never give up to any difficulties.i enjoyed to be a good listener to my work.my aspects is to have confidence so that i can face challenges.

Excellent learning experience

I'm working Mon-Fri(8AM-5PM) and Sat(8AM-1PM).I have a good relationship with my co-workers and manager. I'd learn alot from the day i started until now and i even adapted the values of the company into my own life... "how to deliver a great service, being discipline, act with integrity, result oriented.

Communication skills

I work 8 hours a day and also work overtimes. I am a hard worker, I work as individual and as team.. I have learned to be patient in in every thing, and I also to respect every single person. I enjoy shopping and reading. The most challenging part is to work night shift, isnot easy as a woman to leave the kids especially at night.

Excellent learning curve

I worked as machine operator for more than 6 years. Preparing material for the whole shift, starting up the machine producing good and quality work. Checking with QC to make sure that everthing is in the good condition.
