I am i am a quality specialist, Qa and Qc controller. I enjoy being in the laboratory amd also being ob the floor interacting with other employeea. I'm a proble slover and have learnt alot about solving problems since I've started workibg here because our they involve us in the problem solving and decision making meeting.. The most challenging aspects in the field is getting to make everyone dobtheir job, deliver on time and present.

Communication skills
I work 8 hours a day and also work overtimes. I am a hard worker, I work as individual and as team.. I have learned to be patient in in every thing, and I also to respect every single person. I enjoy shopping and reading. The most challenging part is to work night shift, isnot easy as a woman to leave the kids especially at night.

Good opportunity
Manufacturing a product from the beginning to the end. regular checking on the lines. Pruducing quality and achieving daily targets. Following procedure for quality and safety reasons communication and working together between manegement and the floor. I learnt that if you do it right the first time you saving time and money. Good working environment make easy and enjoyable at the same time

The type of job everyday was to do my floor walk,to check which stock need to be attended 1st.
The type of job everyday was to do my floor walk,to check which stock need to be attended 1st.Check the expireries and right the damaged stock from the store that needed to be taken away. I learned to be patient and never come to work with a negative attitude and always give a smile.Mostly I enjoy seeing a happy and satisfied customer. Challenging parts was when the store manager had a visit from his Boss and he starts yelling and putting us under pressure and making us do the job that isn't our.and customers that misunderstood the promotional pamphlet and starts shouting at workers

Excellent poor service
It was an 8 hours work and my relationship with the co-workers was the best since i was therr i learnt alot on retail and i enjoyed going out to the fields the most challenging aspect is when to know how to make orders

Great way to learn new things
You get to meet new people from all walks of life, great support system in terms of training and staff motivation. Occasional giveaways of testers. Innovative. Occasionally promotes employees and create more job opportunities.
