Excellent learning curve
Getting to know and understand people with different personalities. Performing the analysis of the raw materials used, packaging materials, Finished products, products from process area and also performing enzyme analysis for all the product that contains enzymes. Perform microbiological tests for finished products and C&D water. Preparation of indicators, reagents, media and verification, validation of the instruction used

Excellent company to provide foundation for growth elsewhere. A great stepping stone
A good company to work for. Lots of perks In terms of pension, medical aid, company laptop and cell phone. However smaller factories provide little room for promotion, although there is a lot to learn, because there are less staff. Often have to take on rolls not relevant to your function, but at the end of the day, it's about team work, so everyone gets together to get what needs to be done.

Excellent exposure
Great company, I've been with this FMCG company from 2016 when i first came. I ddnt knw anything any tools nothinh about safety and so forth. I worked with legends and they transferred the skills to me i am now a proud qualified millwright.

I've learned how to respect my work, how to have a good relationship with my colleagues
I worked 8hrs a day and I didn't have problem that. I've learned that when you are and employees, you don't have to mix business with pleasure. I enjoyed every moment that I spent at that company.. The only thing that I didn't like about the company, is the delay of the the payments

Excellent
I am i am a quality specialist, Qa and Qc controller. I enjoy being in the laboratory amd also being ob the floor interacting with other employeea. I'm a proble slover and have learnt alot about solving problems since I've started workibg here because our they involve us in the problem solving and decision making meeting.. The most challenging aspects in the field is getting to make everyone dobtheir job, deliver on time and present.
