Good exposure to working with different age groups
I get to the grounds at 16:00pm and and check which players are there and not,then help the coaches set up the grounds. After all the logistics are done I go to the office and sort out the administration for leagues and any upcoming matches. It has been a great exposure because I work closely with young coaches, under 13 players and their parents. The greatest part of my volunteer job is that I get to deal with player's conflicts, my child psychology module gets put to practise at the same time one learns how to handle young kids from all different backgrounds. One of the greatest challenge up to date has been dealing with difficult parents who only care for their child forgetting that it takes a village to raise a child and other children are more stubborn than others
Pros: Gaining Early experience
Cons: Knocking off at 18:00pm, only to leave after everybody else and making sure the all the equipment are safely packed then use public transport

Excellent learning curve
It was an excellent learning curve because i have gained a lot of experience working for the company and they have been supportive and willing to give me challenges so that i can sharpen my skill and learn something new everyday.
Pros: less chances of getting a permanent post

Excellent job and i love working with people
I enjoy working at university of Johannesburg and with people because i gain a lot from them and the other way around. my relationship with co workers is excellent and the work that i do daily is capturing data and doing admin work, also prepare for tutorial sessions. what i enjoy mostly is doing admin and helping where i can because i believe in team work.
Pros: company is the best and i enjoy working there.

Excellent
Am a hard working person.., enthusiastic, and am willing to learn and open to new technical advances. All my previous employees were satisfied with my work, the only thing which made me upgrade was the fact that I wanted to further my education.

A great place to work Pros A good culture where hard work is recognised and everyone helps each other out. Cons As the company grows there are some internal processes which haven't grown at the same pace / scale.

A different but fun environment to work.
I have been given the opportunity to manage people, draft project plans, direct professional productions and provide administrative assistance of the production. I work with students and professional actors helping them advance their skills further. Sourcing of quotations for all our travels, booking of flights, drafting of reports, schedules and provide performance improvement strategies. Free environment making it easy to work with my co-workers. Learned to work under pressure, meeting dead lines, organised, drafting of proposals, and to adapt. I enjoy working the student.The most challenging thing about my job is working with difficult clients.

Excellent learning experience
i work in the company one a week as part of my bursary contract. Even though it is not education based work, i have learnt a lot an my relationship with my co-workers is amazing. we are learning a lot from each other. i enjoy helping students find their way in the library effectively. this job has really thought me about patience.

Transportation graduate
I am a young ambitious and self driven individual. I am eager to learn new things ,a hard worker and an honest person .i happen to be a socialist, a leader among my peers ,a dedicated devoted and passionate person when it comes to my work. I am very optimistic because I always focus on finding a solution rather than the problem. I practice good work ethics,I am always ready to take on new challenges in being creative, growing a brand, creating awareness and thinking out of the box to stand out and be different I have completed my qualification of a diploma in transport and supply chain management at the university of Johannesburg Currently I am looking at working for a company that will allow me to grow and gain experience within communication networks, commercial and corporate fields of transportation and supply chain as I further my studies as a part time student

Excellent learning curve
The environment is great for learning as you have well experienced superiors who guide you all the way. You also get to work with specialist in various fields which drives you to even work more hard. You may be reporting to people who have studied to a doctorate which requires you to always be on par.
