Looking for inservice training

I am an unemployed Civil Engineering students from the University of Johannesburg. I am interested in any inservice training post in my field that is tailored to my skills and competencies which includes computer skills (AutoCAD, Civil 3D,Revit, Microsoft, Prokon, SAFE & MS Office) , innovative problem solver, effective communication, Strategic planning, Teamwork capabilities,People management, task-orientated and deadline-driven, ability to work under pressure and deliver the results, hard worker and self-motivated, organizing and coordinating skills.

Pros: Hired permanently
Cons: Long working hours

Learning curve

I enjoy my time there but i need industry exposure as i dont plan on being an academic. It was a nice experience to learn how to communicate with people

Excellent Teleponically negotiations and computer Literacy

I am will to complete the given task in time and to learn from others that what I did most.i can work under pressure and with clients lision.My job was to make sure that our clients are happy with the progress everyone knows that university is very busy during lecturing time I did my job very well as Administrative Assistance and Receptionist.

Pros: Great opportunity of my life working as Admin Assistant

Great learning experience

working for my current company is a good learning experience especially in things like fault finding which is a different experience all the time, my relationship with co-workers is great ,the most challenging part of the job is when you have to figure out contractors installations that are not properly installed.

Pros: getting trained and improve your skills at no cost to you, thats great for me.
Cons: not getting promotion or salary adjustment thats the down side

Great experience

Daily duties would be assisting student's with their work. I have a close relationship with my colleagues. I enjoy helping others to excel with their academics. He most challenging would be marking students work because they have different views and have to very critical when marking.

Still feel like i need to learn much more

working for the university of johannesburg has really helped me in terms of communicating well with others, it was a great learning curve, that made me realise i still need to learn a lot about the working environment and its relations to my personality

Pros: gives you working experience in terms of communicating confidently with people
Cons: hard work for a minimum wage

Learning curve

Great one no complain, would be great if I were to be employed permanent for this job. Live working with people, students learning from you. Now its just a temporary opportunity for 3 months only in a semester.

Excellent learning curve

The environment is great for learning as you have well experienced superiors who guide you all the way. You also get to work with specialist in various fields which drives you to even work more hard. You may be reporting to people who have studied to a doctorate which requires you to always be on par.

Pros: Great opportunity to gain experience and learning in-depth
Cons: Less room for mistakes
