Excellent learning

To assist students when they are facing difficult and to mentor them so they will face well the university challenges. Always able to assist my colleagues when they need any help and someone the supervisor can relay on when need any help especially work related atossist

It is a good institution whch inspires every individual who works for it and is prioritizing quality results in every person who enrol with it. it is also a well developed institution and is well patying for its employees

Excellent

I work as senior academic officer for postgraduate students, i.e. Honours, Masters, and Doctoral students. We have a very good harmonise relationship wiht my colleagues, we share a lot as colleagues. A lot have been leant, good administration, telephone ettequette, capability to deal with all people at all levels, i.e. junior to director management. I enjoy helping, I enjoy delivering to my expectations. The job requires an assistant yet I am not given an assistant and that becomes a challenge.

Excellent learning curve

I am a masters student and your link does not have unemployed. I work well with the colleagues and life here has been amazing. I've learned new things and gained more experience in work related environment. I enjoy it here and would recommend anyone who is interested that this is great place to work at. I've been doing practicals here and all has been well.

Excellent learning opportunities

k e a normal working day involved going out on the field to collect data. After that data was captured into computer programmes for analysis. My co workers were supportive people and we had a very good relationship with them. I learnt a lot of things. How to tackle challenges should your initial research protocols not work as planned collect data

Pros: It was a the greatest experience and I learnt a lot from my superiors and mentors
Cons: Field work demands physically. Sometimes initial research protocols do not work as they should.

Great learning opportunity

A busy working day attending to students. great relationship with co-workers. I have learnt how to work well under pressure and to multi-task. I enjoyed assisting students the most. the most challenging aspects were when there were a lot of students to attend to.

Pros: Great opportunity to gain experience.
Cons: Long working hours with short break.

Great opportunity for growth and knowledge of agricultural sector

I am not employed, but a PhD candidate with good work ethics and interpersonal communication skills. I am a great team player with significant leadership skills obtained from from previous work-related experiences.
