Support students with psychological problems and refers them to the centre, Assisting students with disabilities and organizing campaigns like Anti-rape campaign,Presenting at students life skills workshops, career programmes and at school and community outreaches, administration work ( office assistance and receptionist) and Managing and control the resource centre. Good relationship with team member who are co-working partners. ive lots about time management, planning, organizing and team working, and i enjoy more assisting at the offices, and at reception, because im in-love with administration work. the most challenging part part meeting a very depressed clients.

Excellent learning curve
Working at the company is the most challenging thing to do because we have to help students who don't understand their chemistry practicals to understand. The students at the company are many and they both need my attention.,the company

Excellent problem solving skill
I want this job and I know that I will give my best performance for it. I will be grateful if I can get this opportunity in my life. This is a once off opportunity and I don't want to lose it. Pros: Opportunities are not really there.
Cons: Of course you will be working long hours thus I am used to it by now and I'm grateful for it because it helps me complete my work on time.

Excellent working environment.. t An opportunity to learn leadership skill I enjoy emparting knowledge and skills to my subordinates . An opportunity to increase in skills. I am able to adapt to different conditions in a work place.

Both teaching and learning experience
The work required someone whose patient with working with students of different background since most of them had different experiences when it comes to using the computer.what i enjoyed most is that at the same time as i was teaching i was learning at the same time and i improved my time management.

Good
Working for UL if is worse thing that coud ever happen to someone. Yyou enter into a survival mode. However life is not for the weeak. The work days are on avarage relaxing and some are are exhaustive. The social sector is just not working in that place not at all... with typing here

There nothing much that one can say even when afforded with such an opportunity but when it's time to move one should just looking forward, then Mach on like a soldier

Excellent learning curve
ss and give reports outcomes and goals to be achieved on that particular day. Everyone of my co-workers is like a family member. i have learnt how to work together As a team and gained more experience and time management and decision making. I enjoyed facilitating students and getting to know them better and watch them excel. The most challenging aspect would be none because i love everything a bout it and it is not a challenge to me doing what love doing the most.
