Provide a platform for informal learning
A tpical wWorking at my institution provided me with a platform to explore my skills and potential. I was thus awarded an opportunity to lead a department which gave me another opportunity to acquire and develop managerial skills. Depending on your work ethics, dedication and eager to engage in lifelong learning the Institution is well placed to give you the opportunity and give you room for promotion. The weakness in the institution is the lack of in-service training and if there it is not uncoordinated training schedules. Furthermore, improper operational planning from senior managers is also major determinant of ineffective management among junior staff members. Furthermore, lack of incentives for those who give more to the institution is discouraging W

Excellent problem solving skill
I want this job and I know that I will give my best performance for it. I will be grateful if I can get this opportunity in my life. This is a once off opportunity and I don't want to lose it. Cons: Of course you will be working long hours thus I am used to it by now and I'm grateful for it because it helps me complete my work on time.

Exellent learning curve
Sales administration Checking traceability and food safety declaration policy Global Gap coordinator Doing the QMS (quality Management system) by checking the application of fertilizer, chemicals. Have a calibration program checked for each farmer and check certification of fertilizer used and records of nurseries where they buy seedlings Do internal assessments for each farmer looking at the minor and major issues. Do risk l assessments focusing mainly on their facilities, equipment and worker health and safety. Do the soil sampling and send to the lab for analysis and recommendations Do the water analysis to check the E coil levels. Compile fertilizer and chemical movement templates for farmers to use. Do signage’s for the farmers and help placing them. Facilitate a training for farmers on Local Gap And Global Gap.

Great academic platform,
I am an active hardworking and dedicated individual, whom gives all his effort to his work that he does and that set me apart from the rest of other people. I have an excellent education background and I am able to work without supervision and under any environmental working conditions. I have an experience as a cashier and I worked very well with customers. Change for the best is my motto at all times in every opportunity I get I grasp it with both hands and make the best out of it. I have learned to work with students in my department and academic professionals.

STRIVING TO LEARN NEW COMPUTER SKILLS
WORKING AS AN ICT LAB ASSISTANT HAS GIVEN ME A LOT OF EXPERIENCE, IT HAS TAUGHT ME HOW TO DEAL WITH DIFFERENT COMPUTER CHALLENGES, I ENJOY WORKING WITH COMPUTER EVERYDAY BECAUSE IT TAUGHT ME TO GAIN NEW EXPERIENCE EVERYDAY, IT IS INDEED NICE AM HAVING A GOOD WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITH MY COLLEAGUES AND MY SUPERVISORS AND NOT FORGETTING MY MANAGER, WE ALWAYS LEARN DIFFERENT LANGUAGES AS WE ARE FROM TRIBES. THE MOST CHANGELING PART IS WHEN YOU ASSIST A STUDENT WHO DOESN'T UNDERSTAND AND WHO DOESN'T LISTEN TO YOU WHEN YOU TRY TO ASSIST. WORKING AT COMPUTER LAB HAS TAUGHT TO ME TO TREAT PEOPLE DIFFERENTLY BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE ARE IMPATIENT, THEY HAVE ATTITUDE THEREFORE I HAVE LEARNED TO BE LENIENT AND EASY WHEN I TALK WITH STUDENTS.

Excellent learning curve
Making sure that the lab is clean and the students adhere to laboratory rule. Ensuring the punctuality among students ia practiced. We worked so well as a team and looking after ones work whenhe or she arrived late to ensure that the business of the day is accomplished at a given time. I have learnt a lot about team, work, time management and how to handle pressure whenever my exams approaches having to balance my study time n work time.

I started working as a computer lab assistant at the University of limpopo in 2018 until 2019 I ad more skills in computing during my studies whereby my duty was to assist student to log on their computers to install Windows,Microsoft office, fixing computers, checking network cables , Printing,

I have problem solving skill, I have good communication skill, organizing and planning skill.
The company is great i would rate the 8 out of 10, i have learnt the good communication skills as well as working as a team , i enjoyed working as a team
