I worked with good and friendly team. our aim was mainly to assist students academically.
2016 have been a blessing year academically. all the staff and colleagues of the University of Limpopo have been kind, generous and all in all a good mentor to the right path.
Pros: ability to stand and speaak my mind to others. i was also given an oppoturnity to use first entering as the case of my study. education is fashoinable and ejoyable with relevant people.
Cons: overtime work. lot of work at a short periods of time. dealling with different attitude and behavior of the stuidents. unequality in the work place based on favour, age and gender.

Excellent learning curve
even though it was voluntary I still enjoyed my work so much, I got to learn more from other students and explored a little bit on chemistry as I hoped. I loved every challenge and really enjoyed working with my colleges

Excellent learning area
My job or to do list was from 07:00 till 16:30 however during production it will be like 03:00 to 00:00 for about 2 months yet getting paid the very same amount of R3500. My relationship with co-worked is exquisite as they always mentor me and allow me to work with than as a team and some sometimes alone. Most challenging with the work was only salary wise at for work it was so great in a way that the team work is always there abs exchanging knowledge ansexperience

Provide a platform for informal learning
A tpical wWorking at my institution provided me with a platform to explore my skills and potential. I was thus awarded an opportunity to lead a department which gave me another opportunity to acquire and develop managerial skills. Depending on your work ethics, dedication and eager to engage in lifelong learning the Institution is well placed to give you the opportunity and give you room for promotion. The weakness in the institution is the lack of in-service training and if there it is not uncoordinated training schedules. Furthermore, improper operational planning from senior managers is also major determinant of ineffective management among junior staff members.
