Excellent Learning Curve. Oportunity to climb the copoarate ladder
A typical work day: Driving the department and divisional stratey through communucation with various stakeholder levels in the company. Relationship with co-workers: Have a sound relationship with co workers which is beneficial as it assist in cutting through red tape and asssits in with the delivery and completion of tasks timeously. What I have learnt: I have learnt that it take team work in order to deliver on the required objectives. A manager needs to build a good work relationship with staff in order to obtain the best performance output from them. Management means balancing work performance with staff personal goals. What I enjoy most: The interaction with various stakeholswr in the organisation. Being able to deliver a good product or service based on the strategy initiated. The most challenging aspects of the job is aligning other department startegy with your own as buget and resources remain and constraint. Regards Craig Christian

Learning n getting more experience
Learning more about costumer service and knowing how to convince costumers ,always knowing how to overcome challenges in the work industry most of all we know that costumers are always right so u wkeays have to work with smile even when you get difficulties font lose it just call the manager to and help .always remember to thank the costumer's even in how matter it is.....

Accounting Assist
i have worked with company of 200 people and moving to the one with more that 5000 colleagues ,I adapt easily to change. With me ,i work and play hard.i maintain good relationship with people i work with from all departments. Once we in touch ,we don't stop. :) ,just in case

High achiever
SElf motivated love working under pressure. I'm a peoples person never had a problem with my co workers,I have learnt the systems in and out know hw to deal with customers,I enjoyed closing deals because it makes me earn more money,most challenging aspects is those high rate customer but always helped them and made sure they leave the store happy.

Radio Planning and Optimization,
I have started as an Intern doing my In-service training(P1 and P2),Got Exposed to Radio Planning and Optimization, I once moved to transmission Implementation Service Assurance where I got exposed to transmission BTS Configurations and I had to go back to Radio Planning due to there was someone who resigned and I was asked to have his area .Currently in charge of the Vaal, Vereeniging, and Sasolburg Region.
Pros: Currently have Full Responsibilities at Vaal,Vereeniging and Sasolburg Region
Cons: Sometimes Overtime it is needed ,such as network trialing for cutover of Sites to new BSCs where changes are made at night/midnight preferred than during the day.

I AM CURRENTLY A DEALER COMMISSIONS ANALYST AT VODACOM FINANCE OPERATIONS IN VODACOM WORLD(FROM 01 AUGUST 2015 TILL DATE).I HAVE VOLUNTEERED AT HEALTH DEPARTMENT(BARBERTON HOSPITAL) FOR THE DURATION OF 18 MONTHS. I HAVE WORKED AT SAMHS FOR THE DURATION OF 2 YEARS AS A LOGISTICS CLERK. I AM A HARD WORKING YOUNG MAN WHO BELIEVES THAT I WILL BE A VALUABLE ASSET TO ANY COMPANY.

Great customer service experience
I came in having a clue about Vodacom but eventually through my hard work and being a team player I worked my way up. Working at Vodacom as a sales consultant made me realise how important it is to have a relationship with customers.

Currently I have 10 years experience in Cellular Service and Customer Care within the Vodacom groups, I also have 3 years Project Management experience in the Telecommunication/Wireless Industry working with leading wireless companies such as Dimension Data/ Internet Solutions, Vox Telecoms and Datacentrix. I do have the know-how to pursuit the Cellular or Wireless Industry and feel confident in working with customers, reaching targets and managing projects, however I am also a quick learner and feel comfortable that I will be able to fit into any operational/sales/project/management position that can future my career.
