its a great company just labor brokers, it would maybe have been different without them. The environment is good just the pay is not that great.u learn a lot and in a sort space of time.

Extremely fast paced, strenuous and challenging. It came with a lot of deadlines and long hours.
Good day Thank you for the opportunity to apply for this opportunity. Fortunately I have gained an enormous amount of experience throughout my career at Vodacom as an Executive Assistant. I do love working with people and am a team worker, but can also work on my own. My verbal and communication skills are very good. I feel I have the needed computer literacy to be a successful assistant. I also enjoyed arranging meetings, conferences and events. I am a hard and loyal worker and don't give up until I get the task given done. I am unfortunately a perfectionist an could be one of my weaknesses as I tend to want check and re-check work. The worst place to work for as there is no growth you stay where you are and the pay not that good for me to stay I give my all when it comes to this job but noting gets returned

Accounting Assist
i have worked with company of 200 people and moving to the one with more that 5000 colleagues ,I adapt easily to change. With me ,i work and play hard.i maintain good relationship with people i work with from all departments. Once we in touch ,we don't stop. :) ,just in case

New challenges
I work a 08:00 - 17:00 job but in other instances I am required to extend working hours in order to meet deadlines I have a good working relationship with co-workers and executive management. On a constant basis I am given the opportunity to appear and present my findings to Executive Management Working at Vodacom has helped me to harness my compliance, negotiation, presentation and legal writing skills What I enjoy with my job is that the telecommunications sector is always revolving and requires me to undertake research in order to keep abreast with technology changes and to advise business on how best to deal with those changes The long working hours which are necessitated by the need to meet deadlines may sometimes have an effect on the work life balance with the effect that in other instances I have to dedicate time towards my job

Working with experienced employees
-I really enjoy resolving alarms and keep the Network stable -I learnt that communication is the key especially with your colleague that you share same area of Network and it is good to ask from experienced colleagues if you encounter challenges. -Most challenging of this Job is no knock off time, you find yourself still in the field after 17:00 and in summer no time to rest, Network is very unstable to storms and lightnings
