I AM EDWARD MAKHUVELE WHO OBTAINED FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT DIPLOMA AT EHLANZENI TVET COLLEGE IN 2015. I AM CURRENTLY A DEALER COMMISSIONS ANALYST AT VODACOM FINANCE OPERATIONS IN VODACOM WORLD(FROM 01 AUGUST 2015 TILL DATE).I HAVE VOLUNTEERED AT HEALTH DEPARTMENT(BARBERTON HOSPITAL) FOR THE DURATION OF 18 MONTHS. I HAVE WORKED AT SAMHS FOR THE DURATION OF 2 YEARS AS A LOGISTICS CLERK. I AM A HARD WORKING YOUNG MAN WHO BELIEVES THAT I WILL BE A VALUABLE ASSET TO ANY COMPANY.

Excellent experience and learning possibilities
A typical work day is busy and quiet. The day always have curves and you get easily side tracked by the queries and complaints and errors you need to fix. It is very demanding meeting targets and trying to achieve the minimum figures for the day. The industry is difficult and is not the same as it used it be. Sales are very hard to come by. We have high staff turnover. Which is a big problem. I have a very good relationship with the staff. I think the highlight and most memorable moments come from my colleagues. I have learnt a lot through the company and alot of knowledge and experience came from the Job that I have had to do over the years. I enjoy reporting closing sales and making the targets monthly the competition and being competitive and be able to reach what we need to. Most challenging would be low pay and days off and more work and less time off. No benefits no increase. Working with too demanding owners and who are unsupportive. Customer queries and network issues

Excellent Exposure
The company is very fast paced and has excellent exposure for individuals who would like to learn. People at work are extremely focused on their job but are friendly at the same time. You are surrounded by people who have lots of knowledge and experience to offer. I have learned how to plan for quick Project implementations and closure. What I enjoyed the most was the new Systems Implemented and the exposure I received to add to my CV. The most challenging aspect of the job is to stay focused and stick to short timelines as well as making appointments with staff and obtaining their commitment.

I am a flexible individual who can work extra hours to achieve a daily goal.
I am a hands on individual with a hungry brain to learn and grow in this field of IT. It will be a great pleasure if my application can be taken in to consideration, My current job make me the right candidate for this position.

I enjoyed working with people and the bonus was the phones, I love technology. We worked as a team, I loved the atmosphere, the buzz of difference conversations going on all at the same time. even though I worked weekends and on holidays I loved every bit of my job. I miss my customers the most.

Love fixing phones
Its some thing else working retail coming out of the sheet metal industry. Starting 8:30 work till 17:00 Monday to Friday and every second Saturday till 14:00. Learning a lot about cell phone fixing and all the parts to make a phone work

Self-motivation, self-confidence and good communication skills
I am currently setting the strategic organisational projects together with engineering planning team and taking ownership of the strategic execution of these projects within my area of responsibility and /or business unit. I direct, motivate and manage resources (Contractors, Regions, TX Engineering) activities. I also lead the development of budgets and schedules, monitor and communicate the progress and initiate actions to ensure that schedules are met and the work is executed effectively within budget meeting set financial targets. I normally communicate the overarching project strategic objectives and the company’s values and vision. Keep the senior executive’s team informed on the important factors influencing the project, relevant trends that impacts future strategy and the operational plans and capital budget.
