Good experience i had with Woolworths
Working in Woolworths as a customer service help desk consultant is great because we learn more about NCR and they give us trainings each month to see if we can still do our jobs.

Excellent service
Punctuality is what I kept at my previous work, Great customer service and exceptional customer service, I am bread winner at home as well Most of customers would love to see me everyday basis even if I am off at work, sometimes I would work extra days to see my customers, I have done great work at my previous work and make everyone feel at home.

Attention to detail
Woolworths is an awesome company to work for. My develop was due to hard work and learning from my pears. Everyday I will try go the extra mile. Operations is one of our business most crucial part.

Always deliver an excellent service to the clients and make sure they are happy all the time
I work at woolworths distributor with a lot of employees, I have a good working relationship with them and I help them in achieving the target and always make sure they finish offloading and picking the stock timelously. I have learnt a lot from my employees and working with different clients"Managers" and always make sure that the clients are happy by supplying a good service to them..the most challenging part is when the suppliers arrives late and we have to finish the job before we knock off but I do not panic because i enjoy working under pressure.
Pros: I have learned a lot from woolworths, they taught me how to work under pressure and how to minimize shrinkage
Cons: I enjoy working overtime and working during weekends and holidays

Woolworths to make the difference
Great to work for Woolworths, but takes a long time to get a promotion and for 15years the salary is not that great. The people that I work with can sometimes be very difficult, but for 15years I've learnt how to deal with that particular people. I worked in different areas in Woolworths and I'm proud of what I know today. The most challenging thing about my job is to satisfy every staff member in a different kind of situation where there is 3administrators, but they only ask for you and they expect you to give them the answer that they want to hear, but there is only the right answer or a wrong answer.

Love working of the company
My day is at work is normal. I enjoy working with my colleagues always up lifting each other and we are very close. The things that I've learnt while working for this company is how to deal with difficult situations and difficult customer as well. I enjoy learning new things everyday. The most challenging thing I've experienced are the long hours

Trainings are relevant
-I enjoy the constant engagement with customers ensuring they get want -I also enjoy Conducting interviews -Receiving stock is the worst because we carry heavy boxes -Giving feedback to head office is time consuming for as I spent the whole day at the pc, I would rather be spending time with clients
