Good experience
I've worked in diverse organizations with diverse people and diverse cultures. I value the imput of fellow workers and have learnt to communicate better and in advance when I foresee issues with deliverables. I enjoy challenging environments and the most challenging circurmstances are when I have to meet the expectations and timelines of various stakeholders who have no understanding of my processes

Excellent opportunity
It was a great job with a lot of opportunity to learn. Working with different people was good. I enjoyed working with numbers and growing myself in other departments. I also enjoyed going on trainings as I love learning something new.

Great cutlure for the colleagues.long hour at busy times. Exellent values for the customer . Too much targets . Exellent service culture . Lot of exprience gained . No growth even if u get a high position you must still do work for the position you have been to before.

Exploring new avenues
Absa bank Debt review, the beat team to work with Quality Assurance department the best. Managers were very fare towards staff members Avaf (asset vehicle and finance) There was really no challenge at avaf after learning the product and mastering their ways if working. Moved within the different avaf departments.

Good learning experience
The company creates room for development and learning by offering continuous training and development. Sales demands can be quite overwhelming especially in these trying times. The relationship between colleagues is good and everyone has a good working relationship.

Learning curve
a typical day of work would inclue starting the day with planning for client visits , client profile investigations and anc contacting clients to training them on the various on the electronic banking platforms i work well within a team or alon i am diver se in all sectors i have learn alot regarding the banking sector i enjoy meeting people and beinmg client facing
