Avaf is a challenging however exciting department to work for, this department requires one to be mentally and emotionally strong, we deal with motor industry’s F&I managers. Holding sales meeting on a weekly basis to strategize on our weekly targets, driving day to day production, units and value added products.doing dealer and branch visits to support our stockholders.

Learning curve everyday
There were lot of opportunities to grow on my role. Until the company decided to retrench to downsize as part of cost cutting. If given an opportunity to start all over again i will give it my best again.

Good learning curve and enhance customer service
Meetings in the mornings basically emphasizing sales target, open doors for clients and attend to all queries. Go to lunch and interact with colleagues at that time, back to work until closing time. Give stats at the end of the day of your performance

Working very well in a company i work from the were no challenges in the job or comany. I learned a lot of this , i mean selling leads, banking products good customer service experience and sales What dis enjoy is when i am early for work and ready to do my job amd have successfully dayh to half past 3 later

My career growth
I Have grown a lot at Absa in the past 4 years , I was given opportunities to expand my knowledge of product development by being offered a BA positionI started as a Programme coordinator and over the years have learned a lot about products, requirement gathering and elicitation, stakeholder management and how to maintain a relationship with management and customers, i registered for a BA course in order to have a clearer understanding of how things work, I then also requested to be given an opportunity of becoming a BA, and management granted the opportunity because I have proven to be capable and ready, management also believed that I have the right attitude to be given the opportunity.
