Excellent Employer
An excellent employer with great working hours and a beautiful working atmosphere with great and helpful management and colleagues. A home away from home, with a splendid work/life balance, and also gives their employees to better their skills with continuous skills development courses. Has a gym at thr campus and also voluntary overtime for anybody who wishes to have a little more on top of their salary come month end. The company also a shuttle service for employees to and ftim different locations which makes it convenient for all employees.

Worked on Absa brand and name change
Hi , this company was best to work but due to lockdown I lost my job aas Absa , and this was one of best company I wanted tmy relationship with coworkers was really good and we wowe all used to help each other s in there work sometimes.o continue working decided to hold on projects for

Excellent Learning Curve
Typical Work Day - includes responding to emails, meetings (contracts negotiations) Relationship with co-workers - amazing as I am an introvert Lessons learnt - Supplier Relationship Management, Stakeholder Management, Category Management Enjoyment - Contract negotiations, flexible and convenient working environment Challenges - Working without a Leader for nearly 2 years

Amazing learning opportunity
Amazing learning opportunity, I enjoy working as a Business analyst in Robotics and automation in Absa as I get to automate alot of different processes for different units in the bank, this creates a great opportunity to interact with different kinds of systems in one environment, and you also get to interact and build relationships with new people as you go along. As I. A business analyst, I also perform technical duties and support for the processes we have automated which in turn Increases my technical knowledge, our tr is very young therefore we get along quite well and always come up with new, innovative ideas. The most challenging aspect would be that we work in a high paced stressful environment, although over time you learn to manage the stress
Pros: Great learning Experience, great field to meet and interact with new clients, continuous learning environment, great experience to Interact with different systems in one environment, great opportunity to automate processes for different units in the bank.
Cons: No over time, no petrol money for traveling long distances to see clients, no team structure, no appreciation for employees, renewed 3 month contract for the past 2 years with no salary increase.

Excellent learning curve
I I work in service environment where I service policy holders and Financial advisors alike,. I make amendments ( Changes ) to policies and retain cancellation,. Informed clients on how to best align their financial objectives with company offered solutions,. Keep abreast with changes in the environment - Escalate any concerns or issues to managers ,. Liase with departmental heads to get common ground in order to deliver exceptional service.
