Good with multi tasking
I have a total of 2 years work experience in this field and am confident that I am the best candidate for your vacancy My experience as a call center agent has taught me something which I believe is the essence of every company’s work – i.e. communication and customer service. I am experienced in taking inbound calls from customers regarding products and services and can easily handle even the frustrated callers and customers. I am capable of learning quickly and I will contribute in making the company more successful I consider my strong points as a hardworking, diligent, reliable, and strong willed and efficient. I am a fast learner and willing to partake in any programs which will enhance and improve my knowledge for the job at hand.

Excellent experience
Have a great working relationship with my co-workers I have learned on how to deal with irate customers and continuously providing feedback Constantly educating my self with the provided learning materials Constantly requesting feedback from third parties and being unable to continue with work with out feedback from third-party

Best Experience to accumulate
Accenture its a great company where you can work flexible hours and deliver best results to clients. Its the greatest company that teaches how clients should be handle and teaches that clients are our first priority. Colleagues are friendly and self driven and has potential clients that understand that we value them.
Pros: I got converted from internship program to permanent employee
Cons: it has not giving me that depth of working experience and not used as i want

Good ideology
it is a training company. Work with technology and improving innovation. I interact with different people and give support to our clients. Open plan office st up not really interaction with co-workers.

Excellent learning curve
Dealing with fraud is challenging yet has made me an assertive desicion maker and be able to think on my feet. Team work is very much essential in this field as it also helps to see other's perspectives and opinions when making a decision. I have learnt a lot during my years of working with customers like how to meet the clients demands and satisfaction, how to deal with difficult clients and how to remain level headed when dealing with clients. As a person that has worked with customers both physically and telephonically, one thing I enjoy the most is seeing a client happy and satisfied with a service rendered.

Growth in career
I have been working for 10 years within accenture. I have had many learning and growth opportunities. I have worked in pressurised environments and projects. I have an excellent relationship with my team and co workers. The most challenging part of my job is managing work life balance and my job is quite demanding

Great company to work for
Accenture is a great organisation to work for as it creates many learning opportunities for its employees and allow the employee to be autonomous and creative in their work spaces, but they still create a support structure that allows people to feel that they have support if there are problems. They are supportive of flexible working and allow you to get the job done without needing to be sitting behind a desk from 9 to 5. The remuneration has been a challenge in the past 4 years with low single digit increases but if you get a good ranking the bonus schemes are good. Overall the benefits are great with Medical Aid, a company pension contribution and others as well.
Pros: Great opportunities for promotion. Lots of Autonomy.
Cons: Remuneration growth is low. Demands can be high.

Excellent opportunity for growth.
The company is globally administered and it's diversified well populated. It's a company of choice. There are opportunities for growth both for SMMES and employees. The company takes it's mandate for safety and security very seriously. You see this during labour unrest in South Africa, the safety of all employees is being emphasized and all employees to be accounted for.
Pros: Company of choice, with great growth opportunities
Cons: It's a virtual office, which means you can work from anywhere and anytime. You end up putting more working hours due to your other office different working hours than that of your country.

Problem Solving
Israel is a reliable individual, who believe in meeting deadline, whilst always delivering the best service. He strives to be professional when performing his functions and display a high level of respect for all parties involved. He will add value to his new employer, through his hard work and ability to adapt to challenges, insuring that he does everything to the best of his knowledge and skills.
