Excellent learning opportunities
At ACTOM especially for Electrical protection when given anything to to test.We are taken out to various sites to test as to commission,sites like Medupi power station,Anglo American Ashanti mine.And there is technicians which are always free to help in times of needy.
Pros: Great place to grow your knowledge.

Great opportunity
I had a good relationship with my co workers, I have leant to be disciplined and behave. The challenges that I faced is dealing with difficult customer.

It's good company and its provide for us . I learned a lot of things. Know a storker Build assembly and operated boiler My co workers are good but sometimes it's hard We always win Most challenging is where I have to lift up a pumps on 11 floor while there is no access but I make plan to lift them

Excellent work experience
Time management. Communication skills being able to communicate with of all employees of all cultures multilingual. Problem solving abilities adhere to any employee who needs help and assistance. Team work. The ability to have sense of emergency. Putting employees first. Professionalism. Great relationship with the employees. I have learnt time Management, being professional and patient. I enjoy the humor of the people. Nothing was challenging about my job did the same thing for 4 years. Now I want to be challenged and grow.

Excellent
Actom is one of the biggest company which one can learn a lot about electrical product, we deal we most kind of electrical appliances and machines and we always work as a team to meet the requirements of the company. Supervisors and co workers always make sure we have a good communication amongst us and that we have a positive way of solving or rather working out on a problem, the most challenging part is only when one doesn’t understand how to interpret a schematic drawing.

Cons: Normal working hours is 40hours a week
