ori have been with the company for the last 10 heard and the culture is excelent as well as diversity involvement With the numerious changes in the strategi and goals of the company, i have learned a lot by dealing with variius departments and individualna. There stand memberi are always selling to assist we eaxj other and work as area. Company is also going its employees politeknik to further their stories and peran new things. My 10yrs were anaking and i think its a rite time ro love and peran about other companies and their culture. As well as experiancing new challanges Theme was been challanges with getting some informasi from other departments in order to cperdorm my situs but that is part and pascal of the kind of autie we do.

Performance

I enjoy working in a team. Personal & team performance my daily focus. Daily work: Deadlines, reports, Team Performances. I enjoy bringing out the best of any team. I managed two branches at the same time for a year and learned so much. I'm a motivational person and a positive attitude is key in any business.

Learned a lot about being a manager

I always looked forward to going to work everyday because of the fun working enviroment. Everyone strived to archieve their required targets, and we always worked well in teams.I always looked forward to going to work everyday because of the fun working enviroment. Apart from the long hours, it was always fun to be at work because we got daily incentives for reaching daily targets, which came in the form of fun games and prizes. Meeting different personalities daily.

On a daily b I deal with client who come to the branch to apply for bank products or clients who are there for queries. I also handle complaints which is probably the most challenging aspect of my job especially with angry clients. What I enjoy most is seeing a happy client walking out the doo knowing that I have assisted them in the greatest way possible. What I have learned thus far is that all clients are different therefore you have to treat them differently however you have to show them respect the same way.

Pros: Don't work on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Cons: Lack of promotions from the branch level.

Outstanding learning opportunities

A typical day starts with a scan of emails and schedules for the day. Urgent emails are dealt. Weekly and monthly meetings are attended throughout the day. Meetings with team to discuss progress and issues that need to be dealt. Meeting with stakeholders to provide status and deal issues which may have cropped up. Catch-ups with co-workers are an important part of the job to stay on top of any impacts to the projects which constantly crops up due to either resource capacity or changes to specs. To be on top of things in the work environment is essential and achieved with meeting with all stakeholders (team members, business stakeholders/clients, business areas whose team members form part of the project team, etc.) The challenge is having your team members working on multiple projects and their capacity constraints which can be dealt with being clear on your projects requirements, time required and tasks to be completed.

Cons: Not being able to tackle all opportunities due to resource constraints
