Life lesson
The company is quite a good to work for as if feels like home where everyone is welcoming and showing love and kindness,but the problem is the pressure that we get while we not being enabled to reach out targets with the leads given.
Pros: No opportunity for promotions unless you rub shoulders with managers
Cons: There is a lot of favourtisim which does not serve other people right.

Great opportunity for starters and learning to work with people.
The work environment is welcoming and has a lot of pressure if you don't balance your work, but what is more nice is you get to work with people listen to their problem and try where appropriate to help them. On a normal day we process loan application, do administration work , answer phone calls. The relationship with my colleagues was much of a family rather then friends. The most thing i enjoy about my line of work is the part of assisting a customer and they leave the branch happy and the most challenging part is when you have to convince someone to take another product if they are not willing to have them.
Pros: Great opportunity of learning people's skills
Cons: No overtime.

Appreciate the experience and the growth of learning in a different field
Accurately I am not working my contract ended this month and it won't be renewed but working for African as an Transactional consultant was good learning experience for me because it was something new that I never studied nor had experience in , taught me alot about the banking world I can say.
Pros: Great opportunity for gaining experience
Cons: Only one weekend off in a month

I have learned to enjoy my work as it gives me new skills everyday
I am a software tester,I enjoy my work as it comes with challenges everyday.Testing different systems makes me step out of my comfort zone and do my tasks in time ,it also requires accuracy. Working with my team at work gives me a skill to be able to share ideas,pick up and learn from other people’s mistakes or also be able to get views from them.

I work in one of the banks and my duties are but not limited to: Sourcing for new suppliers for the bank, onboard the supplier, review the job card, upload invoices, I am customer centric and always strive for perfection

Great
Its a great company to work for and also however the salaries are no market related, its a great place to learn and grow, just to gain experience. The hours are reasonably okay as you can balance both work and home. I do enjoy working there.
