An experience not to forget
Working at African Bank as a Sales Consultant has equipped me with the best skills that I can use, as a result I provide excellent customer service to customers. I am able to deal with different personalities and solve customer queries. What I enjoy most is that I am able to put a smile in my customers faces because I empathize with them. African bank is a huge family and I work well with my colleagues.

Excellent
It was good except the problem was salary however I've managed to so many thing such how to handle Angry customers and how to manage time also as to represent the with dignity when ever you speak to client and be sympathetic when necessary.

Cons: we work according to the shifts and we also have extra hours however you get paid for that .

Excellent learning skills
Great working around possitive people and meeting new and repeat clients on a daily basis. Loving our transactional banking product that is made to share.

Good experience
I have commucation skill, I have ability to work under pressure. I have good relationship with my colleagues. I have learnt to deal with client in a different way and to treat customer fairly at all time. I enjoy capturing and calculation of the figures.
Pros: Like to go to marketing

Excellent Place to Work For
Working for African Bank for the past 6 years has really been an enlighting experience compared to the other corporate that I worked for. African Bank has a very inclusive culture with great growth oppertunities and love for its people. Over the past 6 six years I have grown exponetially as a person

Outstanding learning opportunities
A typical day starts with a scan of emails and schedules for the day. Urgent emails are dealt. Weekly and monthly meetings are attended throughout the day. Meetings with team to discuss progress and issues that need to be dealt. Meeting with stakeholders to provide status and deal issues which may have cropped up. Catch-ups with co-workers are an important part of the job to stay on top of any impacts to the projects which constantly crops up due to either resource capacity or changes to specs. To be on top of things in the work environment is essential and achieved with meeting with all stakeholders (team members, business stakeholders/clients, business areas whose team members form part of the project team, etc.) The challenge is having your team members working on multiple projects and their capacity constraints which can be dealt with being clear on your projects requirements, time required and tasks to be completed.

Hard working someone who is able to work under pressure and achieve results
I am I am discipline someone who is determined to work with anyone in the working environment. I am trust worthy and respected. I am willing to work with or without supervision and still achieve best results. I can fit in in any position within the financial accounting department.

Plenty of opportunities to grow and diversify, work as a unit.
Great company to work at, that's why employees stay long in the company, also there's plenty of team to join or collaborate with and plenty of learning
