Bad working experince
No room for growth, Limited Educational opportunities, Confusion with Roles, No access to management, No communication with regards to change, No Team Spirit, No individual recognition, Too much favoritism , Not enough remuneration, Benefits are fully paid by the employer

i am a hard working person with good intentions i can contribute positively in to your company. im processing claims for retirements and pension funds i do apply for member tax directives and release cheques. i also do account holder verification to the company

My Review
Alexander Forbes is a big company you meey alot of different people per day. A typical work day is helping a walk in client to follow up on their claims. I am like their messenger and make sure they get satisfactory assistance frombour office. I need to mostly put myself in their position to understand them more clearly. I havent learnt alot about a financial administration company. I have learnt how to work with different types of people and learnt to control my temper. I enjoy working and helping people,especially teaching people about our products. The most challenging aspect of my job is when you are unable to help someone with their query and there is no where else to refer them except the company they worked for, provided that the Companies still exists.
Pros: Working with people
Cons: Travelling, the last shift 5pm get home at 8pm

Im a hard worker self motivated, self starter, team worker
Working at Forbes has been best of my 4 years I have grown so much. such a great staff to work with, although is very busy at times but because of the skills that I have am able to work under pressure. I have learn so much as I started as an Receptionist, Switchboard now I was appointed as Facilities Coordinator, where I have to deal with the maintenances of the building and the contractors on a daily basis. I enjoy working on the facilities cause is very challenging at times as I love job that will take me out of my comfort zone. Dealing with the colleague and workers is very challenging at times where they really need things to be done on there own way.
Pros: We had a graet oppotunities of growth within the campony

Hard working
Background: I strongly believe that I will be well suited for this role as I am a hardworking individual with great relationship building abilities and a passion for people and their development. Learned so much
I PUT TOGETHER MVA DOCUMENTS FROM THE POLICE STATION (oar), HOSPITALS ( hospital records & invoices) AND TELEPHONE STATEMENT WHICH WE DO AT OFFICE THEN SUBIT THE FILE TO RAF TO BE PAID.I SOMETIMES REQUEST MVA HOSPITAL FILES THEN GO AND SCAN THEM. I ALSO ASSIST THE RECEPTIONIST AT THE RECEPTION WHEN EVER SHE GOES TO LUNCH OR WHEN IS ON LEAVE.
Pros: WELL OPPORTUNITIES FOR PROMOTION IS JUST NOT THERE

My job is challenging because I get to learn something new everyday, and exciting.
I am responsible for a portfolio of 36 funds performing the below tasks: - Preparing monthly bank reconciliations - Consolidating payrolls for different funds to deduct risk and make payment to insurers monthly - Preparing cash flows every 6 months to be presented to clients by the consultants
