Excellent experience in tax legislation and retirement funds
Work directly with tax legislation and new laws that have been introduced. Work with company and member level directly. Under constant pressure as we work with service level agreements according to fund set up. Also work with investment instructions regarding contribution given per member. We currently under staffed and working up to 4 funds per administrator. As no replacement staff has been recruited .As from July we are 10 staff down due to resignations. As we feel we are not being compensated accordingly. Normal debtor / creditor administrator receive at least 4000 rand more on salaries. People are are friendly and wonderful colleagues.
Pros: Training supplied continously as to keep us updated todate regarding tax legislation and retirement fund laws.and also on all new laws that have been implemented and act ammendments from the FSB
Cons: Constant pressure. No back up for you on your funds as we are under staffed "no buddy system in place "there can not be any assistance for you and your funds as everyone is constantly busy trying to complete their own work.we are open the whole year no closing time during December.thus taking annual leave or any leave is impossible. As there is no one to stand in for you on your funds regarding member claims or queries. Nor investment instructions regarding contributions. Emails pile up and queries. We receive app 60 mails a day and have 24 hrs to respond. Thus if you are ill or take 2 days leave. You fall behind and complaints are received from members and you then have a risk against you in that period of receiving warnings and also then being marked down on your performance. Which then directly effects any possible increase on your salary as you're a poor performer.

Hard working

Looking forward to new challenges
the company is a large financial services organization. No two dats are ever the same. being in facilities more people know me than I know. I have a good relationship with co-workers, "clients" all staff in various buildings as well as management, of all levels. My learning is ongoing and everyday presents new challenges. I am very eager to learn and love that even though there are repetitive processes, there is always new challenges. Facilities is an exciting field to be in as the industry is constantly evolving. I'm really excited to see the total evolution of the industry.
Pros: inhouse facilites is vey exiting and close handle on operations
Cons: not haveing standard hours which could sometime require out of normal office hours call outs

Excellent learning curve great opportunity for promoting
Providing excellent and impactful services to clients and the company is of number one priority for me. I can work under pressure thinking quickly and accurately. I have the requirements and experience needed. I’m available immediately and I have my own vehicle.

My name is Ntswaki Mokoala.I was born 17 September 19911 at Limpopo MaShabela village.I am young single lady holding code 10's drivers license.I studied National Diploma in Internal Auditing at Vaal University of Technology.My career started at VUT as a Library assistance from 2013-2014.I was given an internship opportunity at Alexander Forbes from 2015-2016.I acquired experience and knowledge within Alexander Forbes.I was then employed as an Admin and Junior accounts within the company from 2016-2017.I am hardworking, I learn fast and I'm attention to detail.I have exposure in Pastel Bpo,Excell,Word and Chase software system.

The pressure of working for one of the best in the industry always keep on my toas.
I am working for one of the best in the industry and I have gained huge experience working for this company. I have a great working spirit with my teammates and I also train new staff members. I enjoy working with people and figures and my challenges are obtaining information from third party in order to be inline with my deadlines. I have learned that there are no short cuts in life and you need to build relationships and maintain them as well. On a busy day there would be numerous deadlines on the day making you run around, however with experience now in place I know that some of the work than can be done and released before deadline date gets to be done and released.
Pros: Due to my commitment and professionalism, I have been promoted to senior fund accountant which is in the same line as team leader role.
Cons: I put the client first and at times I have to work long hours including weekends to meet the client's demands.

My Review
Alexander Forbes is a big company you meey alot of different people per day. A typical work day is helping a walk in client to follow up on their claims. I am like their messenger and make sure they get satisfactory assistance frombour office. I need to mostly put myself in their position to understand them more clearly. I havent learnt alot about a financial administration company. I have learnt how to work with different types of people and learnt to control my temper. I enjoy working and helping people,especially teaching people about our products. The most challenging aspect of my job is when you are unable to help someone with their query and there is no where else to refer them except the company they worked for, provided that the Companies still exists.

Cons: Travelling, the last shift 5pm get home at 8pm
