The company fires people every year. The only way to grow is if you know the HR or manage. they is no fear communication as well. when people get fired the next year the company hairs new people. No respect to each other as well.

Hardworking, honest and enthusiastic individual.
My workday consist of planning, co-ordination and strategies to implement efficiently. I have an excellent relationship with peers and sub-ordinates alike. I love working with people and motivate resources to get the best result. The most challenging aspect of my job is planning for the unknown and managing exceptions to ensure conformance to schedule, budget and scope.
Pros: Altron is a dynamic company that implement exciting projects.
Cons: I only have a short term contract renewed 6 monthly

Daily Duties
dDaily duties is to work on development tasks assigned to me based on priority. Writing code, unit and integration testing, deploy to develop environment and integration and update tasks assign to relevant people. Mentoring junior member of the team assist them with moving forward.
Pros: Offered a opportunity to improve up skill with the training in Udemy, working from home flexibility

Excellent learning curve
We do good team work , we strategize on how to solve problems and get the job done , we enjoy helping each other and showing each other new things , we have a good relationship with the users we assist , as its needed inorder to be able to work well with them
Pros: You get to be introduced to the corporate world they offer skills improvement courses
Cons: Lack of proper communication between management and employees , micro management which leaves employees working under pressure and stress

workrd as an IT specialist dealing with ATMs, POS Systems for retail stores and Desktop for banks,hardwareInstallationandrepairs Travvelled to different area sites to attend calls and complete calls within SLA
Pros: Great company to kick start a career but not a great company to have a great future when it comes to living expenses. Company doesn’t pay well and every month end you don’t know how much you earn. Sometimes you get enough sometimes you don’t because of their deductions
Cons: Company puts it hard labor and long hours. Can’t take leave on December for more than a week but managers can. Work after hours but still don’t get paid enough

Review
I am actively involved in the Implementation & review of IT Service Continuity & Disaster Recovery for Altron spanning across multiple business entities. As an input into the ongoing BCM Program my role was to ensure that all the IT & DR related items are taken care of. This includes a host of systems, controls and complexities. Documentation and ongoing rehearsals where my primary objectives, there are other key tasks that I performed such as gap analysis, impact analysis and ongoing implementation of IT infrastructures across various facilities and countries. I had the privilege to design the DR and test the entire stack successfully, having done several DR tests and achieving resilience that has never been done before.

My Net Salary is R5100
I work as a Service Desk Analyst and My net salary is R5100, Last we did not get salary increase due to Covid-19 we got it only for 1 month of March and then thy took it back, this year they said we do not qualify for an increase, no reason why, I work very well with Teams, when you raise your issue to HR they sent you back to you manager then manager will send to HR which makes us not having anyone to help us, sometimes we work overtime and are not allowed to apply for overtime and we are overworked since we are short
